Warehouse One Lawson Heights

Poor upper managment. No room for growth, low pay for expectations. Would not recommend.

Just a great shopping experience! They accommodate people of all shapes and sizes, with great sales and prices, and with great service staff! I’ll definitely shop here again and again!

Warehouse One has been one of my go to stores for a while because it stocks plus size in almost everything unlike many other stores that force you to shop online if you need bigger than an XL. Lawson Heights location is closest for me and so it’s where I go frequently. I have watched this store go through tons of employees. In November last year, I watched the manager of the store yell at an employee on the sales floor in front of customers to “assert her dominance” it was a disgrace. Shortly after that incident it seemed she quit and the store was doing good, it was kept clean had friendly employees and I enjoyed shopping there again. There was one employee that always seemed to be working when I went in and she went above and beyond for me anytime I was in there and needed help which was like 3-6 times a month. She was so patient and kind, made me feel comfortable and helped me find clothes I was comfortable in. She doesn’t appear to be there anymore but she was pregnant so that’s probably why. In March I went in one day and once again there was an employee who appeared to be a manager screaming at her team member on the sales floor and resulted in this employee crying. What is with public humiliation and abuse of power in this company. Learn to vet your employees better. I as a customer shouldn’t see this kind of stuff happen on the sales floor and it doesn’t make me want to shop at the store.

Nice and helpful staff.Good variety for both genders.

It has hoards of clothing that I have no interest in. However, I came to learn that they get funny / novelty T-shirts from time-to-time and this is (likely) why I visited that day. Whether I purchased any or not, is a mystery, as I cannot recall.

Love this place !!Got a pair if jeans just after Christmas and they ripped by the back pocket.Didn't have a receipt and they exchanged them no problem :)

Lots of deals

Love their clothing and staff is always great. One star lost only due to regularly being out of my size for items I specifically went in for.
