Very refreshing milk tea beverage especially on a warm day. Staff was courteous and accommodated preferences. Clean store. Only takeout. Accessible as it is located in the downtown area

What an experience! I was served by Van, the Chatime owner where I was pleasantly with the great customer service. Van helped me decide on my drink based on my dietary restrictions, which made me feel like I was more than a customer to him! I was also impressed with the little details, including the cleanliness of the store and how fresh my coconut jelly tasted. It was my first time at this Chatime location, but it won’t be my last as I can confidently say that I will be a returning customer!

Finally in downtown near to my home. Neat and clean store , quick service , I went over there on first day got some offers for the drink. They made the drink very well. Definitely will be returning to the store again. I think its okay to park in the tim hortons parking as store is in the main street

Love Chatime!They have great promos. Tea of the month makes buying bubble tea inexpensive.The staff is very friendly even when they make mistakes. Quick to serve too!Straws are eco friendly as they’re paper but not the kind that breaks easily.At a very convenient location near the Hamilton GO station.

Perfect location. I can grab a yummy passion fruit tea with mango popping boba while waiting for my bus to come across the street. Extremely fast and great service. Please make the weekly specials a permanent fixture!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chatime Hamilton Downtown, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the aroma of freshly brewed tea was simply heavenly. There are number of flavours and combinations available, from classic milk teas to unique fruit-infused blends. The staff behind the counter were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me navigate through the choices and suggesting their personal favourites. This store stands out as a gem in the bubble tea scene!
