Good doctors London

Not a walk in. I went there and they were booked up. Clearly only take reservations. Don't go there it is not legit.

Easy to make the appointment online initially, but when we needed to cancel there was nowhere on the site to do so and of course only an automated voicemail on hold until I finally gave up. Appt was for 9am, we arrived and were told by the pharmacist outside the door that they didn't even open until 930, but then he realized it was Friday and advised the doctor is never there on Fridays! Maybe the site shouldn't book appointments if they aren't even open! Very inconvenient, will not be rebooking there for sure!

This is not what I expected or what was advertised.I wish that I read some reviews before booking but it was a bit last minute. I looked for the nearest walk-in clinic to my work and that is how I ended up making an appointment in-person" appointment.Their website did not make it clear that this location is actually a virtual appointment located in the back of a pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was really nice but unfortunately this was not the level of medical assistance I was looking for. My ailment was not clear to the eye and required a physical assessment.I'm giving two stars because maybe if I had time to read more reviews I would have not made this mistake. Additionally

Very disappointed. I paid $70 when I booked the appointment online. But the clinic double booked the slot. Apparently, their online system doesn't sync with their in-person booking system. They weren't unpleasant though, which is why I'm giving this place one star. The PA was one of a kind. Not only was he impatient and irritated but he kept berating my symptoms to the point that I gave up and said that I felt fine. It was a waste of time and money. Eventually I went to Urgent Care.

The clinic is literally hidden inside of an active pharmacy, there was a small child running loose behind the pharmacy counter, 100% not safe. I had an appointment for 11:40AM and I was only taken in at 1:30PM.I would say book a phone or virtual visit as the dr sees you from a zoom call even in person but even with phone appointments they run an hour behind.I would never return or recommend this clinic to anyone.

Doctor wrote wrong date on my prescriptions. Waited for hours for them to tell me this. Then was told to come back in two days and they would release my medication. Showed back up to pick up my prescription and was told AGAIN to come back in ANOTHER two days to pick it up. Completely unacceptable. Completely unprofessional. Completely incompetent. Complete disregard for the patient and patient care. Do not recommend. -5 stars.

Absolutely awful experience. I too thought in person. I went because of a chest infection previous round of antibiotics failed to clear. The PA heard a lot of wheezing deep in my chest, dr comes in a zoom which I couldn't hear and frankly he didn't listen to me. I waited two hours past my booked appointment time to be given a less strength med and told to call back for an xray if not better. I wasn' but cannot wait two hours aftera booked appointment time again. . Um you should have written the req then like I asked.

Examination room was dirty. Like REALLY dirty. Overflowing garbage can, everything covered in dust, grimy walls….felt like I was in a custodian’s closet. So-called medical exam for a class F licence was a sham - basically asked yes or no questions. Then bill me $130. This place is a joke - don’t bother.

Booked for an in person appointment on April 20th at 2pm today Citi plaza location.An email and a text at 12:30 was sent to me to remind me of my appointment.I show up and I'm told no doctor is in today??? Wth.Makes no sense.No wonder reviews are so low

This clinic was recommended by a friend, who also had a great experience! I was in and out in no time. The staff was great, and super friendly. I had gone in for Strep throat, and they were able to do a swab right in office and confirm the results (which saves me 3 days of waiting for a lab to confirm it). I left with my antibiotics, and am feeling much better. Will definitely be using this clinic again!
