Got a couple of bad Crokinole Boards from Home Hardware. I dealt with Jenn Reading at Everest Toys-she was quick to respond, and replaced my faulty boards! Thank you for being Fantastic Jenn.

Used to deal with this place for business. Had to close the account. The attitude and inflexibility of the account rep Stephanie was shameful. If you deal with this place, I pray you don't have any serious medical issues in the family which are life and death resulting, cause there will be no empathy or understanding or sympathy given. It's pay you account, no flexibility, you dint pay now or it's off to collections and a F$&? YOU and your situation. Even when you say when you will be able to resolve the situation. Definitely not someone who deserves to be in a position where they deal with others. Very poor person to be representative a company. And the ineptitude of the account reps to be able to relay information was ridiculous, hardly ever was told what was bing released or what was available. And when could get an order, could not get any information on its delivery. With today's tacking ability to shipments you'd think it would be a simple question to answer. Doubtful the owner even cares, tried to reach out to hopefully resolve but never with any success. If you are a business be weary needing a distributor, think long and hard before choosing to deal with them. If you are a manufacturer, think twice as long to determine if this place will properly help you grow your business.

Amazing service and great products. I just want to shout out my amazing sales rep Holly! she is an incredible person and extremely knowledgeable of the business. Company wants you to do better and is not only looking out for themselves.

Awesome experience with them. Great range of toys. A special shout out to Holly our Sales rep. She has been really helpful in getting the products and all the other after sales support.

I call Everest Tracie answer and say she don't understand me and say no new customers. I spend lots of money and have 4 companies. I called back 5 days later and nice girl Daniel answers and helped me. Tracie not nice people. Company good .

Do not deal with them as Amazon Resellers, at the end of the season they will sell you all the bad and damaged stock and you will have about 30% refund rate which made our account very very close to having some major issues. I also have doubts that they have different pricing for different customers because suddenly you see impossible prices on Amazon.

Not sure what Robert Park's issue is. This company is fantastic to deal with. Maybe you just need to pay the money you owe instead of making excuses. Nothing is for free. The sales reps are pleasant and very helpful. They have an enormous selection of toys and games. Yes sometimes they are out of stock on items but that is the manufacturers, not them. If you are a retailer, I highly recommend you use them. Fantastic company!

Been working with Everest Toys (Holly is my Rep) for about 3 years. I didn't really understand Amazon and seller central the greatest and Holly and Everest explained everything and walked me through sales and profits.
