My mom spent her last couple of years here. I truly believe that they need more staff. Many times when I visited and I did often she would be soiled. The food was not what seniors were used to and she wasn't fussy about eating it. When it came to palliative care I was so disappointed. Staff were not caring and showed little empathy.

I've been on 4NE almost 9 years and these comments are onreal, the meals are fabulous, housekeeping is tops, we have our private rooms, the Nursing .staff are fabulous , our staff sometimes are short but that's everywhere. Recreation, physio are excellent.

After my Mother spent time in number of other, smaller homes, we were very happy she was able to finally settle here for her remaining years. The staff have always been remarkable, and very kind hearted. As in any facility of this size, and due to a poorly run health system, they are often overworked, but they never complain and do their best with a smile on their face. They do seem to have the residents best interests at heart.

They are actively torturing my brother in there. Horrible monsters shaved his head against his will and won't stop forcing heavy drugs on him when he trys to (k) ill himself. He says he's trying to do that because they won't let him leave or see his family. He says he wants out to his family but they wont let him. They don't listen to him. Disgrace to Canadian tax payers. I hate this place.
