We've used Gref's Delivery for many years now to ship a skid, or two, of supplies from our store, to trade shows in town, and back. They have been nothing but fantastic! They arrive when they promise to, and communicate with me if there are ever any questions (the pick up location is tricky to get to sometimes). I would definitely recommend them.

I had ordered a washer and dryer from Best Buy for my mom for Christmas. Two gentlemen came to install and couldn’t fit through the door way because of a central vacuum obstructing the entrance. They asked me what I wanted to do and I suggested that they lay it on the floor and try it that way. They did and they thought that it still couldn’t fit. This was unfortunate but I understood that they did not want to be held liable for attempting to make it fit. I was willing to take on any liabilities if anything was damaged as I highly doubted that any damage would occur - this laundry room has had several sets of washers and dryers removed and delivered in the past. They said they were not comfortable with it and provided me a form to sign. I read the document and it stated that I could choose to ask the delivery team to ‘’make something fit’ but I would be signing off that they wouldn’t be held responsible. When I asked him he delivery driver if this meant that they could attempt to push it through he said he didn’t know. I asked if he would wait until I called Best Buy to find out what this meant and he said that he didn’t have time to try it because he only makes $80 for this delivery and has a busy day ahead. This surprised me as I felt they barely tried to get it through. I also wasn’t sure if he was asking me to compensate him to try agin. Because he said that he couldn’t wait I asked him to take the washer and dryer as I have no other way of getting it into the laundry room if they’re unable to do so - I’m 9 months pregnant and my husband works out of town. He said he would do that and went outside. I assumed it was to grab His coworker and come back for the washer and dryer. They didn’t end up coming back inside as they ended up driving off. The gentlemen took all of the paper work that I signed and didn’t provide me any copies. I was shocked.I have contacted Best Buy and I am sorting this issue out with them but because I thought that this was a poor way of treating a client I reached out to their office. I have never reached out to a business before and I didn’t want didn’t want to be a pain especially this close up Christmas however my intention was to share my experience and provide a learning opportunity for the driver to know the documents he is asking others to sign and to get access to the receiving slips etc that I had signed.When I spoke with their office manager she automatically cut me off and rudely told me that she knew of my story and that her guys had the right to refuse the installation. I was absolutely taken aback by this as she didn’t even ask me what had transpired. I thanked her for her help and hung up. When I thought about again I figured I needed to get this story into the hands of someone who would want to listen to it. I called back and got the same manager again. She told me she knew my story already and when I tried to say that she only knew one half She became rude, demeaning and abrupt with me again. I asked her for her direct leaders contact information and she said that she’s not giving it to me and that I can Google it.This was sooo deeply disappointing as their website’s homepage features such an inspiring mission statement. It’s sad that this isn’t the experience that I lived.

I ordered a refrigerator from Best Buy and these guys delivered it today. It was a super easy experience! Two gentlemen came, were very accommodating, put my fridge exactly where it had to go and the entire experience from beginning to end was about 10 minutes. Perfect delivery, thanks guys!

My husband received a phone call from Gref's delivery to arrange a pool table delivery at our house, he asked them to please carry it to our basement which is only one level down(my husband broke his back 15yrs ago). Upon arrival the passenger" came to our front door and politely asked me to show him where I'd like the pool table

I have only one experience with Gref's and it has not been good. I bought a large TV from Future Shop in Regina and the item was to come into the store for me to pick up as I live 3.5 hours away. I received a call on a Wednesday from Gref's, also in Regina, that they had the item. I explained they were to deliver to the store. No problem. I called the store on that Friday to see if it had arrived and to get the dimensions of the box to determine which vehicle I needed to use to pick it up. It had not arrived. So I did not travel into Regina that weekend to get my item. It has now been a full week later and I'm going into Regina this weekend to get my TV. I call for the box dimensions and Future Shop tells me that they still do not have the TV set and it is sitting in Gref's warehouse. I can't think of a more simple delivery than a box store placing an order and the delivery company delivering the item to that same store. Yet here it is now 9 days after being notified that they have the TV set and the delivery has not happened.And to make matters worse, Greg's works 8-5, Monday to Friday. So they deliver only during the hours that most of us work. So now it is too late on Friday for my item to be delivered to the box store. As this is the Thanksgiving weekend, I have to wait until Tuesday at the earliest for a possible delivery - not that I would trust it would be delivered by then. Of course I am not in Regina and do not know when I will be back there with a personal vehicle.So a simple error but one that will cause at least a 12 day delay. I don't know if this is reflective of their other deliveries but personally I would be cautious with any future use of this company.
