Love going here! The receptionist and technicians are very friendly. The Vet is super attentive and answered ALL of my questions. He isn’t pushy, he is bilingual and he was so gentle with my dogs. Great service! :)

I go to this vet for my birds and my other exotic animals, depending on the vet, your service can be really good or really bad!My birds we're terrified and kind of mistreated the first time, but the second time I had another vet and she was wonderful!I still recommend this vet because the staff really do care about pets and want the best for them.

They did a great job trimming my bird's nails. They feel so much better on me, and I am sure she feels better too. Great staff! This will be my permanent vet now.

Positive first experience with my puppy. Staff was friendly (reception, assistant and veterinary). They have a clean and nice installation. At the time I went, it wasn't crowded and felt comfortable. Although it was a LOT of information the veterinary (Michele St Pierre) took her time and explained it thoroughly to me. It was clear they have a staff that have experience on what they do and love the animals. Price is reasonable, but your mileage may vary, you're dealing with the health of your animal after all, not an off the shelf product. Also liked the comprehensive opening hours that allow me to go there after work.Also find it interesting that the owner answers the critics to the establishment here at the reviews. Great attitude toward customer service.

What a nice place! We brought our bunny, Ginger and they took such good care of her. The staff was so kind from the moment we called to enquirer about their services, to the moment we dropped her off and then picked her up again. We are so happy to have found this place. We will be back for our second bunny and anytime we need care for our pets! Thank you so much for being so compassionate and caring.

We rushed over to get our cat checked out after her having been lost (she’s an indoor cat) outside for five days. She came back with significant bleeding and irritation over her eyes. In a rainy traffic ridden day we were 10minutes late for the consultation and they refused to see our obviously suffering pet. This is abhorrant and truly shows that this vet does not care for the animals or the pet owners that need their services.

I've always had a good service here. In general when I need an appointment, they give it on the same day or the day after. The last time I went, my animal was sick, they had a terrible diagnostic for him. They asked me if I wanted to operate him, it was super expensive, I have a vet in Montreal that's known me for 15+ years, so I told them I would leave with my animal (because I wanted to go see him for another opinion and also because I know I would be able to pay him in 2 installments). And when I told them I wouldn't do the surgery, the lady at the frontdesk rolled her eyes, fling the cage almost and went in the back where I heard her and her colleagues discussing how irresponsible I was for not making the decision to go through with the surgery, although there were chances he died during the surgery. The lack of compassion and professionalism makes it that I'll never go back there. And... My animal survived thanks to MY vet. ( Again the vets at AnimoVet were always nice its really the front desk staff) Eww.

My bunny has an eye infection in his right eye and the staff at anima plus really took great care of him, they ask many questions on his health and gave him a good prescription for his eye, they cut his nails very nicely and he came back very happy and excited, they asked us to bring him at the entrance and treated him with great care, thank you for your responsible and caring staff, merci beaucoup :)

excellent exotic vet! It is hard to find a frog vet near Montreal. I was extremely worried when my baby Whites tree frog was having lots of diarrhea, loosing weight and not eating. I brought my frog in and the vet was extremely thorough. The vet spent an hour and a half looking her over. I appreciate that they weren't pushing more expensive treatments from the first visit but rather wanted to eliminate issues through less invasive tests. We did a fecal test and I got antibiotics for both of my frogs even though they only examined one. This was excellent service because essentially they treated 2 frogs for the price of 1. Very caring people My frog would have died if it wasn't for them. Even though I live an hour away and there are closer reptile vets to my home, I will be bringing all my reptiles and frogs to Anima Plus
