We are a real estate team located in Burlington, we were obtaining a new listing in Woodstock - the home needed a major deep clean! Victoria returned my inquiry in a timely manner, agreed to do a quote on a Saturday, and was able to accommodate our tight timeline for cleaning before our listing day which was only 4 days away! Victoria supplied us with a detailed quote and offered suggestions for other services that the home needed IE: Carpet cleaning, which we took her up on! She handled everything and I mean everything from, cleaning the home, and organizing the carpet cleaning company to removing the garbage to showing us pictures of before and after pictures.Being an out-of-town client, you never know what kind of service you will get from online searches, however, we are extremely pleased with Custom Maid Cleaning and would not hesitate to use their services in the future! I even asked her to come to my home in Burlington for a deep clean~ she graciously said Thank you but she doesn't travel that far :-) I would recommend Custom Maid cleaning to anyone! Tried calling and no answer. Sent e-mail to company requesting information over 2 weeks ago and an estimate, but no response to date. Guess they are too busy for new clients. Looking elsewhere for assistance.
