Displeased with delivery service ordered my parcel on Friday it is Monday and I have not received it I contacted them about paying for the same day delivery and they told me because I am in Rocky View County I am not entitled to one day delivery I'm one mile outside of the city limit. Also when contacted they will not refund me my same day delivery charge as of yet

I'm writing this review because my recent experience with this company was very disappointing. I ordered on Christmas Eve and was given a garunteed delivery time for the same day. It was a Christmas present. We'll needless to say it didn't show up. And the customer service was horrible.And then when it was finally delivered the girl literally dropped it inside my gate thats next to a public sidewalk. Someone walking by could have reached over the fence and taken it.. very unprofessional.

Great service buuuuut a bit mis leading. I bought a thing, and it had a good description and all saying it was latex free and blah blah. I get it and it says right on the box that it's just a novelty item and only recommended to use externally.... Really??? You charged 107 bucks for a fake??? And the box doesn't have any ingredients listed of course. I then was told it would be delivered by 9pm. Got an email saying it was out for delivery at 6pm....got it at 930pm. It's all local so how did it take 3.5 hours??? Anyways I'll just stick to going in person. Had to try though!
