Thank you for a fabulous e-bike rental experience. The four hour self guided tour was the right amount of time for us to get up to the Tunnel lookout, have our lunch, and return to town. The bikes were perfect on the uphill portions, and we appreciated the spacious panniers with safety gear. Excellent customer service from Aaron. We’ll be back the next time we’re in Penticton.

Great quality ebikes and excellent service from the staff. Loved riding the KVR trail as a way to explore Naramata Bench. We were impressed by the whole Penticton community and everywhere we went service was top-notch.

Great service and experience. Was easy to book a rental, great instructions on how to use the bikes and get to the trails. Bike powered up hills with minimal effort and had great battery life. Saw some great views that I wouldn’t have seen if I had to pedal up those hills myself! Ended up getting a flat tire when I came back to town, brought the bike back to the shop, was given another bike and an extra hour of riding time. Great service! Thinking of buying an e-bike in the future and will definitely consider purchasing from pedego.

Such amazing service! The guys working there are so friendly and helpful. Helmet included in the bike price. I rented the bike 2 days in a row. Little pricey but so worth it. On the second day I rented it for 6 hours and I came back just after 3 hours and they gave me a little bit of a credit which was so nice and not necessary. Definitely recommend!

Great rental! Pros: 1. good looking bikes. 2. Great battery length. 3. Accessories included made for a great ride, trunk bag and a good water bottle holder, trunk bag held a box of doughnuts and room for cider or wine. 4. Great customer service. 5. Bike lock and compressed air included.Cons: the day was not long enough!

We had an awesome experience with Aaron. He met us at his store early Sunday morning to ensure we had our rides for the Trestle Rail tour July 2, 2023. The bikes were great! The service was fantastic!!

My wife and I did the 4 hour rental of Pedego in Penticton's ebikes for a self-guided tour of the Kettle Valley Rail Trail. Aaron of Pedego was very responsive and had answered lots of my questions before we arrived. Our orientation and bike fitting went well, and we were off to the trail, which was not far from the shop.The first test of the ebikes was the steep hill from the town to the trail head...the bikes just zipped up it, and we were soon cruising on the trail. The weather was pretty perfect, and the ebikes made the slight uphill grade on the rail trail on the way out almost imperceptable.If you want to explore more of the town, I'd recommend the 6 hour rental, but a 4 hour one is sufficient to get a good experience on the rail trail.

Highly recommend these guys! The bikes are amazing and so much fun. The owners are also awesome. We were late dropping the bikes off but the owners were still very accommodating.
