Unfortunately, lots of discriminations here by the sales persons or some managers.For example, under the table they sell something to a customer who's from the same country and speaks the same language 40 to 50% cheaper but to others NO WAY.I hope the big bosses take care of this.

Terrible customer service. I've had at least 3 sales reps and they are all rude and typical snake oil salesman. They aren't even knowledgeable on the products they sell. Perfect example of how a couple bad representatives can ruin the image of an entire company. Will NEVER buy from here again.

Some staff are really very rude toward the customers. They require customer service training to learn how to behave with the customers. One of the sale’s manager has got a terrible attitude toward the customer, I have never seen like him in my life, this time I do not want to disclose his name, if he continues to behave like that with my following review I will do that for sure. Staff are the company's ambassadors, and they should pay attention to their company's values. I want to give them 00000 stars.

Come last knight still here for unloading no one email about 4 pm appointment no one ondock but they still don't want unloadknow 1 30 they start in 8 hour only 5 trucks they can unload very bad don't want to come here again bad management

Rude staff in receiving department, they have terrible attitudes as well as drivers are not allowed to use company washrooms whosever come here for shipping or receiving.Very first time I saw this type of company in Canada and USA. I want to give them 00000 stars.
