I started suspension yoga after going to physio for lower back pain and Tracey has done more good for my pain than physio, massage or acupuncture ever did! On top of being a super fun activity, suspension is easy on the joints and honestly looks more intimidating than it actually is. Tracey is calm and easygoing and so encouraging. I can’t wait until we can go back to regular classes again! My 8 year old tried kids suspension and absolutely adored it. It’s a great way for her to slow down and focus!

Yoga revolution is a great studio for the entire family. We had my 6 yr old birthday party there. We had such a great time and the staff was amazing and accommodating.I also enjoy doing Yoga on Zoom especially during these times. :)

I LOVE working with Tracey! Not only does she have an amazing yoga studio, she does zoom classes and you have to try her suspension yoga! Tracey is also a rehabilitation therapist, helping people recover from cancer, illness, accident and getting their lives back!! We all need Tracey in our lives!

I had the privilege to visit Tracey at her beautiful studio. Aside from Yoga, you can pick up some nice gifts, essential oils, sage, soaps and other local products. Tracey is also a rep for Zyia active wear, it was great to check out the pieces before ordering online. I'll be back to attend her unique Yoga classes.
