It's very easy to stop a Trane.Our A/C unit is about 5 years old, and we only started using it for ~8 months because the commercial space had been empty for the past 4.5 years.When the technician found out the problem and needed some parts replaced, all Trane said was that they stopped supplying the parts because the model was discontinued 4 years ago. Schedule for part replacement is NOT weeks, NOT months, but INDEFINITELY. Essentially, they are saying you guys are screwed after the 5 year warranty; we won't give a rat's ass if your unit breaks down after that".It's very easy to stop a Trane."

I have my Trane Furnace and AC installed this year. I was very disappointed that when using AC, the upstairs room temperature were so hot that I have to use 2 portable aircon. It was the blower speed were low. And when using Fan only during cold night, the blower were so slow. It seems the blower speed needs to increase but the dealer will not help us to fix the problem. I would not recommend this Trane use other company like BOSCH. I contacted the HO outside Canada but the customer service will not accommodate and advised me to deal with the dealer which is ridiculous. I guess needs social media and a lawyers to do this issue.
