Very unhappy with customer service and technician. Internet failed nonstop

Highly recommend Vincent and his team at HD Telecom Inc. We had exterior security cameras installed and had a great experience. Vincent walked us through on the location and positioning of the cameras and was very flexible on the date of installation where he made additional recommendations to ensure maximum coverage. His team started on time and was very efficient throughout the day. He is also very timely in his replies back to you for any inquires.

Great value for internet service compared to the traditional service providers.The TV channel packages are good too.There have been some technical glitches with the service (access to the network and account login) but those were dealt with quickly by their support desk, even on Christmas Day.

Used their internet service for 3 months and will not come back for this.Customer service: 3/5 - quickly respond but not effectively. We had some mis-communication before and it solved. Personally, I do not think the company provide good customer service. When they asked for my feedback (cuz I told them I want to cancel), the way they respond to my feedback make me feel offended.Product: 2/5 - this could be because of my area, or it actually their product line is not good. I used the internet for 3 months and 5/7 days a week in that 3 months - I do not have good stable internet in my house - especially night time. I keep complaining about this, they tried to fix but nothing change. There is a guy living in the basement using Bell and everything works fine for him, so it really raised my concern about this.Technical Support: 2/5 - the reason I give 2 stars is the owner - I think his name is Vincent - is quite good in explaining and trying to help, otherwise I would rate 1/5. I've been a customer with HD Telecom for many years (as early as when they first started I think) and never had any issue. Today I was having a connection issue, my modem was not working properly so I called the support line and the tech answered the phone within 2 minutes. Problem was resolved quickly and he was very nice. Greatest internet provider I've ever had.
