The quality of their ham melt here is so poor. I ordered a ham melt and the cheese is cold and not melted and everything is cold. I hope they improve because this is the closest one that I can go to.

This guy is always so disrespectful and laughing without reason while taking order. I had 3 bad experience with the same guy. First one he made my coffee wrong and didn’t say sorry at all. Second time I came with my friend she was new to canada . So she was not familiar with the menu. She placed order and he was laughing at her . Today, I placed order to someone else but he start making my coffee and laughing on my order . I don’t know what’s wrong with him. I was sitting there for 30-40 minutes with my friend, but he was continuously looking at us and making fun of us. Which I personally felt so bad and uncomfortable. I think he needs to learn some manner how to work in a restaurant and behave with costumers. Hopefully next time he will do a better job.Thank you

Doesn’t really need an explanation. This looks like it got stepped on. With the amount of time it took to get this, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did.. There’s bits of lettuce and other stuff on here too. Very unprofessional service.

There has been an issue with coffee consistency. The sugar and cream is settled at the bottom of the coffee cup. I'm not sure when this started. But at some point they just stopped stirring their coffee before serving.

Went in today for a bagel with cream cheese & a donut.Not to be rude but is this a joke...?I paid $3 for the bagel, .80 for cream cheese but where is the cream cheese? Bagel was burnt & dry.The dream donuts are terrible as well & overpriced. Disappointing.

My favorite coffee place - I used to love Starbucks until I discovered the French vanilla here (my brother recommended it). I also love the crispy chicken wrap! Never had issues with service, and quality of food and drinks is always up to standard in my experience.

Don't chew people's cups before you serve them. The girls were too busy screwing up the first drink they made to focus on quality of the second.Your daytime staff need to step it up! Your low quality cups resulted in a destroyed phone, car and everything else I was holding.

Ordered two grilled cheeses with bacon and drinks. We wanted to use a gift card but the cashier walked away from the register and it didn’t go through properly. It was not busy at all but she kept telling us to move down even though we hadn’t paid yet. Got our grilled cheeses and the cheese was not even slightly melted. They also did not have bacon and were not cut in half. One of the staff members was very helpful and fixed everything for us so 2 stars for him.

I ordered a bagel with H/G crm chs and tomato from ubereats but they sent me a plain bagel with just toasted and butter on it but they forgot things that they charged me for. dissatisfied with the service.
