I brought my recently purchased used Lexus to Hafez based on a recommendation, and he did not disappoint. We replaced the tint film on the front windows and did a full detail service. I was lucky and he was able to do the services that weekend. The car came back spotless, and he pointed out some parts that I may want to fix-up in the future. I will be referring him to friends and family for sure!

Not a positive experience for me. First day the owner doesn't honor the appointment then made another appointment to get ppf for my vehicle. The guy quotes me $600 on the phone which later changed to $1400. On top of all this the guy wanted $600 cash in advance and gave a commitment to do the job in January 2023 whereas wanting me to pay him upfront in December. When I told him if the job is to be done in January l will contact him again then. This seemed to upset him for some reason. Anyways like I said I did not have a positive experience with these guys.
