They have worked on 2 of our cars for inspections (new to province, and buyer’s vehicle inspection), handled regularly scheduled maintenance work, plus looked at a major suspension repair and gave us very honest recommendations on what to do rather than just giving us a hefty bill. They also explain the nature of any repairs including pictures. Love the Napa software they use, which gives very detailed reports including pictures. Great work, great price. They even gave my kiddos a mini chocolate bar when we were in. So friendly. Highly recommend. Great (and honest) service!

Peter and the crew at New Way continue to provide a level of quality and care that is difficult to find anywhere. In addition to the normal service, they resolved an issue with my TPM system that was caused by another shop. All at a very fair price. I have trusted Peter for all the maintenance and service on my cars for many years and will continue to do so.

It all started off when I was desperately looking for a shop when my car couldn't start. Walter was so kind and calmly help me troubleshoot on the phone while I was a bit frantic and didn't know what to do. Walter and team was able to complete the inspection and fix my car all on the same day!Since then I have been providing my car to have them service it. They always call or text me to let me know the status and what they planned to do with my car to gain my understanding and approval. Just when I thought the service was good enough, the service got to even better when Peter implemented the online service report so that I know exactly what is happening with my car's health. I was recommended to this location by a few friends. I'm glad i came here. My engine light came on. They were able to fit me in pretty quickly. Peter and his team were amazing.Super friendly and always kept me informed without being pushy, like other places ive been too. I love that they send you a very detailed report with what is good, what needs future attention, and what needs immediate attention and included pictures.I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs a mechanic. I'm thankful they are in my neighbourhood.

I just got my car service done from them and everything was super smooth. They are very knowledgeable and nice people. I had an issue with front right tire squeaking noise and they were able to tell me why it’s there and assure me everything is safe and good. I’ve visited few mechanics and they failed to tell me the reason behind it. Definitely visiting again.

Before arriving in Vancouver, I had written to 10 different garages regarding numerous repairs on our car. Three garages responded and I feel very satisfied with my choice of New Way Automative.The problems were accurately identified with pictures, the estimate was precise and in line with the final bill. Communication was easy and friendly. A highly recommended garage in the Vancouver area!

This is a great place to leave your car if you have a problem or regular maintenance. The staff is extremly friendly and professional. The electronic report is amazing way to record what have been done and if there any issues instead of jotting down on a piece of paper. The price is also reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Peter was outstanding and very knowledgeable and his entire shop…actually told me the issues with my car. I was told by another Auto Mechanic Shop before I took it to New Way and I was told I needed a whole new engine when actually it was only the Timing Belt Chain and Solenoids and instead of trying to make money he told the truth and was honest… the new engine and install would have cost over &9000.00 and the work that was actually needed cost me $2500.00 all in!!!!I will never take another vehicle anywhere else doesn’t matter if another place is cheaper I’m going on pure Professionalism Honesty and Work done and was always keeping me informed on progress of the fix this shop is absolutely amazing you don’t need to look anywhere else!!!Thanks again Peter and New Way!!Brent
