I was very disappointed to learn about the number of CSR Desk Service Staff, Service Technicians / Vehicle Workers and Sales Staff that were no longer employed at the Dealership. I felt uncomfortable and like I no longer really knew anyone there. It was the busiest time or Appointments for Customers waiting and room for sitting I have ever seen there since buying my new NISSAN QASHQAI SL AWD in 2018. Even with the time I spent describing the IT/Tech. issues I was having, whether it was the new 2 CSR Desk Service Staff, the 2 Service Techs. in the shop, or especially with the IT/Tech. Manager I spoke to twice, on the way I was spoken to, they made me feel like I was simply wasting their time! As it turned out out, their determination that I needed an AUTOBODY REPAIR SHOP to fix be monetarily charged for the opening up / detaching of the driver door panel where there was an apparent interior dented section where the repair of the constant Driver Door Opening Warning" was happening was completely incorrect. I took my QASHQAI to the "FIX AUTO SHOP" after leaving WESTCOAST NISSAN. The CSR / Owner @ the FIX AUTO SHOP named "NAV" was cordial

This service took an unusually long time to complete. There were new staff that were in training and although exceptionally pleasant they were in need of supervision and that was lacking. There was a overcharge on my bill but fortunately a supervisor caught it and made the correction before payment. There seems to be all new faces at the branch and my only comment would be to give the new people more support until they have learned the operations better.

Service dept has been really good to my Daughter and the car we purchased here

They were very helpful helping me get parts for my import.
