I worked with Cheryl to arrange the rentals for an event I was organizing and she was excellent! So helpful, quick to respond to emails, and very patient. The rental items arrived in great condition and were picked up promptly. I highly recommend Dewmills.

We used Dewmills services for our wedding on October 9th 2021. Due to COVID-19, we have had to postpone our wedding multiple times. Half way through our order, Dewmills was bought by another company. This review is based on our year of interactions and the multiple items that we rented.Good:The customer service that we received has been absolutely exceptional. They are genuinely so invested in your event and want to make it perfect.They go above and beyond to ensure that they have everything that we need.They continue to be very open and willing to provide exceptional service when requiredThe quality of their runners and rental equipment was exceptional.They made our venue look absolutely exceptional.Bad:There were some continued problems relating to the old owners not providing all the rental equipment to the new owners. We ended up having to change our lanterns.They did send us the incorrect cupcake stand. They were very apologetic for this and were very open about it.Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent equipment for events in the future.
