The blonde lady that works at the Canada Post section has got to be one of the worst person I’ve came across. The first time I’ve came in contact with her I thought she was just having a rough day but this is the second time that she’s had the same attitude as the last time.

There are some sales and security guards here with a bad attitude! To be honest I often shopping here,and Many supervisor and pharmacy staff in this store are very nice, and Laura, the manager of the cosmetics department, is also very friendly, but some cosmetics sales are very poor, for one sales named Dalcia,I want use the fragrance collection card to trade , came up said me cant trade more than one, and then said that need to consult the manager, In the end, I was told that there were only three, and only three per person. At this time, the security guard kept staring at me, interjected with me, and said not to speak loudly, etc. I swear that I did not act very controversial, and I can accept your policy , you can explain it to me, but it's not that the attitude is very bad, and told me if I not satisfied, come back during the day. I asked why ,And When I left , I could clearly see the they discussing me. She walked away when she saw me watching them. I said why did they discuss me, It was a very bad experience. And the main thing is the attitude, especially impatient, I feel that we are not the guests but the enemy! the security guards is Kelly

This pharmacist needs to be reported. Yesterday, I went to the pharmacy to get my medication and they gave me the wrong one. For the first time in over a decade, I had to go without a medication I had taken for over 10 years! Before leaving, I asked if I had it and was told yes. I've been victimized by them before. Please rehire the correct professionals if you are incapable of providing the correct medication.

Incompetence. I don't usually do this but when it deals with health I need to speak up. This place messed up my prescription twice in a span of two weeks. They kept missing part of if some how which left us scrambling to get the right medication in time. The second time they almost made me miss my flight which could have been avoided if they actually searched for the rest of my prescription order when I called them for the second time earlier that morning. They had the prescription for weeks! You have one job as a pharmacy, how do you keep loosing prescriptions and our nurse has to call and do multiple followups before it magically reappears? In the end I had to have my prescription faxed to another province to pick up upon arrival in order to start me treatment on time. Not impressed!

Her energy is so positive and most importantly she was there when I needed to find things! I’m giving you another invisible star so now you have 6 *! You are amazing, I appreciate you!

I want to personally thank Veronica (pharmacist) and her boss. My infant needed antibiotics and I called around 15-20 pharmacies at midnight and absolutely no one had it in stock. This pharmacy might have saved my child’s life and I will forever be thankful for that. These are unprecedented times and a little compassion goes a very long way. Veronica was extremely kind and helped me a lot! A very special thank you!

This is my go to pharmacy whenever we needed meds for my kids and my mom. Pharmacy seem to have always done their job to get things done. But I think the regular store staff needs a little more training on Customer Service Handling. Went there today (March 25) for a Passport Photo for my 14 year old around 1:00pm. Ask the cashier (black lady not sure what her name was) if she could help us with the photo, asked us to wait. 7 customers later, no one was paged. My wife went to someone stocking the shelf (girl with short hair and tinted blue) took the picture and we waited and waited and waited after the photo was taken. The photo was already ready to give to us to pay for. But again, we were surpassed by a few other customers asking her questions. BUT WHY?!!!? are we not customers too! We were in line first! Do we not purchase the same things in the store like anyone else?!! Why do we get to have the privilege to be served last. The only reason we still come to this store is because we've known Kelvin Lee (the pharmacist) for a long time and he is amazing with customer service. I just wished the staff knows how they affect the customers with simple things like customer service. I had all three kids in the store at that time. Imagine three children getting bored and uneasy inside a store.

I usually have a good experience in this location, but today that was not the case whatsoever. The white lady with the short hair & blue bangs that cashed out me and my family, was not very friendly/welcoming. We were waiting in line and saw the cashier interacting with the customers ahead of us in line, and was talkative and friendly with them. But when it came to our turn, it was a big mood switch. She did not make eye contact, or say a single word to us except for our total amount to pay. We said thank you at the end and she did not respond. As we were walking out I looked back to check if I forgot anything and she was giving us a dirty look for no reason. We did not create any trouble whatsoever so I don’t understand the rude attitude. I feel it was a certain prejudice towards us because my family and I are visible muslim women who wear hijabs. I was a cashier at shoppers for 5 years, so I know how the job works. I know that employees must interact with customers, with AT LEAST a simple greeting, show kindness, and to treat everyone equally. I’ve literally never seen such a rude and arrogant cashier in my life. I hope the managers at the store do something about this because it’s not an experience you want your customers to have.
