My family stayed here last night. We stayed off the house in the small cabin in the back yard. We did not meet the owner until breakfast as he was away and left the keys on the door. Charlie seemed welcoming to all other guests until he met us. It was made very clear immediately that my children were not welcome. There were a few comments about their “mucky fingers” and he did not want them eating at the “main table” even though there was plenty of room. Needless to say we ate very little and rushed out the door feeling very uncomfortable. My children are extremely well behaved. I would never return to such a place.

Awesome place. Comfy beds, very clean, right across from Fort Anne and the breakfast was eggs bacon and toast. Ensuite bathrooms for each and every room. The host (Charlie) was amazing. I highly recommend this B&B.One note, if you get the coachhouse room, it is out back and over the garage. It is big and spacious but the shower is very challenged as it has a very sloped ceiling... So beware. I was not able to use it. I am adding pictures. But do not let that deter you. A great choice.

Beautiful B &B in the heart of Annapolis Royal. Location was perfect for going to the Fort, Weekend Market, etc. The room was clean and comfortable - air conditioner was certainly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious!
