If I could give zero stars I would. The RUDEST owner you could possibly imagine. Started yelling for no reason while I was looking for candy and not only was she yelling at me but also at others and she kicked other people out of the store for no reason, they did nothing wrong.

I've been going to this store my whole life.The lady is very nice to me has a nickname for me lucky"The man however is extremely "oldworldish" if a male is behind a women he will stop her transaction and take the male that's behind her before finishing serving her.This area of town is not the greatest and they do have thrives posted everywhere on the doors."

It’s the worst place ever. The lady need help. I just bought something there and I didn’t know it’s expired and as soon as I realized within a minute I returned to show her. I didn’t want to change for me but just to let her just in case other staffs are expired. She insulted me in her language and chased me out of her store and asked me never to go back. Called me a thief and so many names and insults in her language. Claiming that I changed it. Due to language barrier i just left. She has been like that and I thought it’s temporary but eshi, it’s not just bad customer service but the lady is so bad at customers. Looking at other reviews, I thought of adding mine. Maybe it might help improve and change her attitude

Been going here for 10+ years (since I was in grade school). Always quiet and polite people, I've never seen them behave the way some of the other reviews have said BUT I could understand them being cautious in this area, especially if you're not a regular. Just yesterday three teenagers came through and ransacked the place, scared the hell out of the lady as well as a customer in a wheelchair.

My worst experience ever in a grocery store. This asian woman just asked me to get out of the store. When i asked for the reason she started shouting in some other language. I literally did nothing but was looking for a juice there.

I’ve had four incidents here. The first incident was they upped the price on purpose for me idk why, the drinks I picked up were nesteas and I picked up two. They costed 2.50 each. All of a sudden, the total came up to 10 something… make that make sense. The second incident was me and my bf went there and they kept following us in the store constantly. Third incident was that I bought two tubs of the pringles and I decided to put the second one to the side and didn’t want to buy the second one anymore and just buy the one, the Asian guy at cash said “no we can’t void the second item you have to buy whatever you put on the table” RIDICULOUS! I told him don’t play with me and I’ve worked for retail for over 4 years, you can void an item a customer doesn’t want. I just paid for the one and left. The fourth incident was the owner of the store kept following me AGAIN and when I was browsing for the differe flavours of the Arizona drinks since there’s many, I wasn’t even there for five minutes and he came literally behind me to the point I can feel his body on me and his breath and started yelling saying I’m taking too long to pick a drink. First off, who rushes customers? The whole point of shopping is to browse especially if you don’t know the items there. They shouldn’t have this business and I think this place should be reported and shut down ASAP! I’ve heard one too many complaints about this place and didn’t believe it until I had MULTIPLE incidents myself. Idk who to call about this but they need to get shut down or have new owners who have business ethic. They push away their customers and harass them. They’re lucky I didn’t have time to even call the police on them for that. One day they’ll mess with the wrong one and find out.UPDATE: I complained and filed a Ontario consumers complaint and they will be reviewing this store asap. Thank god for research!

The owner was extremely ignorant. Never in my life would I ever step foot in this store again. To quote the man ‘do you understand’ . I do, I understand you’re extremely rude, and apparently lazy.

The person who attends this place is really angry. I asked him where the bread was and he yelled at me horrible that it was in front. I consider that it was not a pleasant treatment for the client... my other experience was that I asked him for two bus tickets and I He said he would only give me one more and I don't understand why he treats people like that also the place is very dirty and i have seen insects inside the place i think i should close it

Have been going here at least once a week for years. Went in today to buy frozen juice and other things.the freezer with the juice is iced over so i had it open for maybe 20 seconds at the most picking what i wanted( boxes were stacked on one another so i had to move them to see full inventory) the older male owner comes over, and rudely closes the door on my saying ive been in there for too long.i put the one juice i had back and left. Theyve lost my business. Thats no way to treat your customers.

Just went there about 5 minutes ago to get buns and milk and to get lotto tickets as soon as I wanted to replay tickets she went off on me. Needless to say I didn't get my buns and milk because she told me to get out. Oh my goodness she is crazy and should not be able to serve the public.
