Best Choice Windows & Doors

I recently hired Best Choice Windows & Doors to replace my front entry door, side door and storm doors. While the doors did arrive on time, the quality of the installation was subpar. The hired installer rushed through the job, neglecting attention to detail. As a result, the workmanship was poor and the doors were improperly installed. I’m dissatisfied with the final outcome.Additionally, I must mention the unsatisfactory level of service from Peter, the sales representative. While he was helpful and knowledgeable during the pre-sale stage, his commitment to follow up after the sale was lacking.I rated the materials a 3 out of 5 and the installer only 1 and not recommending this company.

My front windows and patio door were finished on time and very attractive. Will use them to finish the house next yr.

Our windows were installed in 2009 by Best Choice Windows and Doors. Approximately 50% of the windows on the main floor and upper level have some sort of fog/ UV staining in between the panes of glass, some are worse than others. I called today to inquire about any sort of warranty/remedy and the man who answered advised that “it was a different company in 2009” even though the website boasts 17 years of service.
