Get Air Trampoline Park

My kids and I enjoyed dodgeball, basketball and just the random jumping around. It would be nice to see the foam blocks replaced with some new ones, but overall we had a great experience. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.Love the socks lol

Took my youngest child here for a birthday party on a Monday night. Turns out there was THREE birthday parties for a variety of ages (all under 14 if I was guessing) and they only had 1 Staff Member. Now that might seem absolutely insane but Jessica is a MACHINE. That’s huge line was handled FAST. I honestly don’t know how she does it.Great experience because of an AMAZING employee! Thanks for everything!

Amazing venue for getting the kids entertained. It would be great to have a toddler dedicated area! Tends to get a bit scary sometimes with older kids not being too careful with younger kids and toddlers around.

Would not go here due to cleanliness issues. It has been brought to my attention they have mice/rat problems.

We've been here 4 times total and I was really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but this place is sad compared to other get air locations thay we've visited. Today takes the cake. The ninja course has never been open during any of our visits, and today several areas of the park were closed and the equipment was in poor condition. For the price that you pay - we were extremely disappointed. The cargo net was ripped on the bottom, duct tape on most of the equipment and the foam blocks in the little air area smelled of urine. The entire place was very dirty with noticible dust and dirt. The staff were hardly paying attention and were actually jumping and playing themselves which I wouldn't have minded had thy actually been monitoring the trampolines. They told us one person per trampoline but I witnessed several people on different trampolines at one time and the staff said nothing to them. There were way to many people there and the staff were allowing small children to jump all over the place making it difficult to enjoy the big air" space. We paid for 3 hrs but left after about an hour and a half and sadly we won't be back. The only time the kids have ever cried to LEAVE Get Air. We hope to visit the moncton location again as it's much nice and well maintained."

We've been here a handful times over the last 2 years and unfortunately it seems things just keep seeming dirtier and more broken as time goes on. The whole place smells, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and kids playing and climbing over pits with no foam in them. The same pits have been empty for years and the ones that do have foam obviously need to be cleaned and replaced. I have heard worse from friends who have had parties here and paid for a private room then were put in a loading dock in the back of the facility because party rooms were oversold that weekend. Until I hear they've fixed and cleaned up we won't be back.

We attended a birthday party here and the kids had a total blast! Not a place I would bring a young child since it's quite busy and lots of people running around but after 2 hours of play, the kids were beat. The facilities were a bit run down, mainly the washrooms and party rooms, but overall it was a fun way to spend an afternoon and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff are great, try to get you in even if it's busy and usually waitlisted on the weekends, expect to wait. The place is cool for parties and do seem to be great with the kids.I will say, its not the cleanest facility, for a place that only allows socks, it's dusty and dirty.

Absolutely fantastic experience today at got air! The check in was smooth, the staff was friendly and this place is clean. Shout out to Spencer for being so friendly with my kids and helping me get on the wifi. This is the perfect place to go play on a rainy/cold or very hot day! Something for everyone here, for sure check it out.
