I've been going here for years. Keith has always done right by me. He'll work with you within his abilities. I've been quoted a price and it end up being less.

August/22I knew of LRP Automotive through my son , who has work done there on his car. I was needing my exhaust looked at, as called and spoke to Keith. He said bring it in and we will have a look. I took it in, and Keith was very professional...called the mechanic & he came and took my Equinox in put it on the hoist and showed me the issue while explaining it to me. So he went and spoke to Keith and he said could do the work within an hr or so. He gave me a rough price and we discussed it for a few minutes , and I decided to go ahead with the work. The work was done within the time I was quoted, while I waited for the completion. I was satisfied my car was repaired. Keith ripped me off. Sold me a used car for $2500 with so many issues.... catalytic converter plugged, heater core gone, AC not working & transmition slipping. I spent so much money taking it back to try & get these issues fixed & nothing was fixed. Then when I called him to do a maintance oil change which he said he would, he ignored my calls.I was desperate for a new car as he took my 2010 cobalt for scrap & I was pregnant & due any day with my son.

We have been customers for more than 6 years. Reliable, flexible and 100% honest. Excellent service and always quality work. We would recommend them anytime.

Today I had the opportunity to meet Keith, I was in the street locked out of my car trying to open it using a metal hanger when he passed by and he offered to help me, it was late and he was ready to get home to his family but he offered to go back to his shop and get the tools so that he can help me, he came back and in seconds he opened the car for me with no interest of charging for what he did, he is not only an amazing professional but also a person with an amazing heart, I’m proud to say that in the future whenever I need something for my car I know the perfect place to go! Thanks for such an amazing help and for being who you are!

Quick and friendly service. Accommodated last minute needs and gave reasonable prices for parts and labour. Repair has been holding up very well. Even charged less when labour did not take as much time as first estimate.

If I could give zero I would... Was quoted 400 to fix over heating issue.. went to pick it up and was handed a bill for $1500. The next day it overheated on my way to work.. I was not told the bill would be as much before the work was performed. And the work never solved the issue. I would recommend anywhere else. Very unprofessional, also was never given a call when I was told they would call me. (3 times)Could have easily performed a pressure test to find out it was the head gasket prior to replacing other parts.. but did not..Very unimpressed, ended up having to buy a used car.Still recovering from spending my entire cheque to get the vehicle back.

We have had our vehicles in with Keith many times over many years and for good reason! The service is superb, the prices are fair, and when needed Keith has gone above and beyond. I would absolutely (and I do) recommend Keith to others.

Absolutely horrible experience. He sold me a rebuilt transmission and when it broke 3 weeks later he ignored my messages and I lost 1000 dollars

Keith can be depended upon to take care of your vehicles. Prices are reasonable and he will save you $$ where he can. Great service.
