Not sure about Google for this one. I was at J.D.Penner. I think Floating willow way must be in Fort Whyte.

Floating Willow Walk Trail
I was expecting to go on an amazing scenic walk with my mom and my small schnauzoo puppy. But was told NO DOG ALLOWED. Disappointed to say the least. Please do not waste your time driving to and finding this spot if you intent to include your dog. No, I was not inclined to leave my dog in the car. We left and found other beautiful walks to enjoy with my puppy. Harte Trail and Seine River Greenway were beautiful.
