I got my eye exam here today with Dr. Zhou and I had a red eye on the left. She said it is a bacterial infection for my eyes and not viral. The service is really good here for eye exam. I think better than Costco & less busy. Costco is really busy & you have to wait. I like this place more than Costco Markham as it is more organized and personalized. Would come back here again with my kids and husband! :)

Dr. Victoria is one of the best optometrists in Markham. I had an emergency back in January and thought I had retinal detachment. I was desperate to have my eyes checked. Fortunately, I was able to find Dr. Victoria and her staff was very accommodating and helpful. They were able to schedule me in for a same day appointment. Dr. Victoria addressed my condition with so much care and patience. I decided to switch my whole family's eye care to her since then and we have had great experience with Dr. Victoria and her staff. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family members.

I just came back from taking my kids to Markham stouffville Optometry and it was a great experience. Dr.Victoria was incredibly patient and made my kids feel so comfortable. She was quick and thorough and explained everything as well as answered all of my questions. Her front staff was awesome too.

This place is clean and beautiful and I do recommend to anyone who’s looking for a good optometrist. I visited Markham Stoufville Optometry to get my eye exam done, Dr. Victoria was extremely polite and took her to explain everything in detail. Their prices are much more reasonable than other places. The receptionist was very kind as well and not at all pushy. I have already scheduled appointment for my wife and daughter.

They helped me choose the right pair according to my facial structure and explained the benefits of all the options they have. The place was welcoming and clean. My five-year old daughter had her first optometrist appointment with Dr. Zhou back in December 2022. It was very easy to book an appointment, which can be done over the phone or online. We were also seen at the scheduled time, which is important when you have young children. She was very kind and patient with my daughter and explained things to her in a way that she could understand. She was very thorough with her assessment. She also took the time to ask me questions and gave us an opportunity to ask our own. Overall, my daughter and I were very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Dr. Zhou, especially for young children.

I've been to many optometrists and a few times my prescription was either wrong, or it just didn't feel right. My husband was the one who referred me to Markham Stouffville Optometry and at first, I was thinking, they're all the same, but I was so glad that I switched over. Victoria Zhou was very patient, attentive, addressed all my questions, and they used the latest technology which I have never seen elsewhere before. My insurance plan also covered the eye exam which went through electronically without any issues. Right after I got my prescription glasses, everything was so clear and no blurriness or dizziness that I usually get when I wear a new pair of glasses. Overall, I am very happy and also very impressed. I would highly recommend Markham Stouffville Optometry, especially if you've been having trouble finding a good one.
