Bought some earrings for my niece very nice. They were wrapped beautifully. My little niece love them.

VERY POOR AFTERSALE AND OVER PRICED!My wife had to have her engagement and wedding rings cut off because of her Lymphedema and cancer treatments caused her hand to swell. I brought 3 rings in to hopefully have them repaired and resized. I was told a couple weeks to get a quote from a gold smith. After 3 weeks I called in and was told I would get a call back.4 weeks, I finally get an email and I am told they had the wrong number on file and that's why no one was getting in touch. Over $2200 to repair and resize my wife's rings....ok I ask given the situation if we could do something to reduce the bill. I was told to wait for a manager to come in from vacation in a couple days and I would get a call.A couple weeks ( Week 6-7 ) later I call again to be told that we were waiting to hear from a manager still and that I would be getting a call.Week 8-9 I get a call and I am told that there is nothing to be done and its full price or I could have the rings returned to me. I wasn't expecting half price or anything like that, but after the waiting and given the fact that we were exclusive to them for these rings it would have been nice to get some help.I am disappointed in the time that it took to be told there is nothing they were prepared to do. I will be taking the rings to a local goldsmith to see what can be done.Its all smiles and good times when were spending thousands, good luck if you need help after the fact.

Stood there for about 15 minutes just waiting for someone while the I can only assume manager stood there doing nothing, once I was finally helped by a younger sales associate was going amazing then the manager stepped into at the end to I can only assume get the sale, then proceeded to tell me the ring I had decided on before even going in the store was $600 dollars more than it was online. When I told her this she looks baffled, I showed her THEIR OWN WEBSITE just to get a disgusted look and be told that I guess they can match THEIR OWN PRICE. The disrespect felt from this lady was astronomical. Got the ring and the only reason for 2 instead of 1 star is due to that younger sales associate.

I am reviewing based on my experience. Walked in and was helped in less than 5 minutes. Was helped my Maria. Maria was very helpful she was very patient and very knowledgeable. My fiancé and I were purchasing our wedding bands and Maria took the time to understand what we both like and showed us bands within our price range and went above and Beyond do make our experience very comfortable! We did end up purchasing and we are both satisfied! Looking forward to continuing our journey with peoples!

The manager at this location really went above and beyond to help me when my wedding rings needed to be replaced. She made the whole experience so easy and painless. I am super happy with the customer service I received.

Do not order jewelry from here. The staff are not honest with order dates. My fiance ordered my ring over 2 months ago and it's still being made. Staff told him my ring would be done in 4-6 weeks.. unbelievable service I wish he would have used a different company. I was so excited to get engaged and Peoples ruined it!!!!!! Use a different company or at least a different store.Oh and the company sent something in the mail prior to the engagement and ruined my fiance's surprise. Good job peoples on being terrible at the one thing you should be able to figure out! Booooo to this company.UPDATE: We now received the ring after ten weeks and IT TURNS MY FINGER GREEN EVERY DAY!! See attached photos. And when I called the store the male associate chuckled at me and told me you should probably see a doctor." Absolutely dumbfounded by this horrific experience and insulted."

Staff was rude. Charged me an arm and a leg to get the overpriced ring sized. They made sure it took 30 days to get the ring back so I couldnt back out of the purchase. The price went from $45- $91- $140- $168 just to get a ring fitted? Bs will never go back there. This is the only bad review I have written in my life. Its all yours peoples jewellers.

Had quite the messy situation happen after getting a ring for my birthday having it break not once but twice within the first month of me owning it, the manager ash tried to help too but in my opinion Lori went above and beyond to do everything in her power to make things right and replace my engagement ring despite the ignorant behaviour I was displaying due to being upset. I will most definitely be shopping at this location again for all my jewelry needs.

I went to purchase a ring from there, I had seen the ring a year earlier and from a visual perspective it isn't a very eye pleasing ring which is why I suspect the ring still sits in the showcase. When I first looked at the ring a year earlier it was in the same showcase as the Marilyn Munroe rings and the sales woman said it was part of her collection. I decided on a different ring for a much more realistic price at a store down the mall. I kept thinking of this ring over the year and decided to see if it was still available...it was. However, the ring now sat in the very corner of a showcase in the far end of the store. Not near the Marilyn Monroe collection because it wasn't part of the her collection. I still wanted and they had a sale going on so I went back and offered them instead of the 20% off I would not pay more than the price less 30% off and they said no. I asked to speak to the other lady who also said no at which time I requested they call customer care and ask them. The lady said she would call her district manager. I waited and mostly expected she would go sit on the toilet thinking of how to say no again to me...she came out and said no...big surprise, however suggested I could spend more to make it so they'd give me 25% off...Quite honestly I was always told not to pay full price especially for jewelry and places like jewelry stores should be willing to work with customers willing to buy from them, especially when other stores are giving better deals just down the hall. So now That ring sits there and quite honestly probably won't sell because its odd looking...the ring is big and goddy and the gold is shaped weird and too shiny for the ring but it was nice to me and they lost a sale over a few percentage points...also lost a potential customer because I went down the hall and once more spent $5000 at another jeweller who bent over backwards to please us.
