Aura Residential Apartments

I lived here for 2 years and it was a good experience. Managers would respond quickly and promptly to resolve any issues.

Not a bad place to live, but before you move here, you should know that the management is TERRIBLE. When we first moved in, I was told there was underground parking, but you had to request to be on the waitlist. I requested to be put on the waitlist at the end of august and was told there were 2 people ahead of me. It’s currently November 3 and I just contacted management to see how many more people were ahead of me on the list. They then told me I wasn’t on the list, but they could add me. Now that it’s winter however, there’s a large number of people on the list and the snow will likely be gone before I even get underground parking.Rather than accepting that their employee made a mistake and never added me to the list, they told me that because I had no email proof, there was nothing they could do. When I asked for a number to speak with their manager, they completely stopped responding to my emails.Moral of the story is, if you want anything done, make sure you have email records of them saying they’ll do it otherwise they’ll act like nothing happened and completely ignore you.Again, the building itself is alright, but dealing with the management office is an actual joke and every employee for this building should be let go.

Management forced entry into my suite with their master key to change locks when I was showering, and nobody else was home. They do give notice, but they tell you it’ll be “between Monday and Wednesday”, and they’d be there between 9-5 those days so you don’t know when they will show up. Moved shortly after that incident.Edit- Security doesn’t seem to be a big worry if vehicles get stolen from your parkade, with no response from management for days.

I am impressed by the efficiency how they work, always respond my request as soon as possible. I would like to thank Tricia and Nora, they are very professional.

Terrible apartment. Beautiful inside but management is terrible if you need son fixed. It was really noisy as a fitness business open 24 hours right underneath. Always so hot in there and no air conditioning in building. Hallway carpet super dirty. Micro managers. Don’t move here.

Do not rent from these crooks

Called and asked for a viewing, seemed proper at first. Then the lady asked do you have any pets

Tenant insurance covered the cost of repairs from a flood that my parents had. There is a paper trail of bills and payments. BUT! When my parents moved out, they got a bill for the flood damages and repairs.Billed for something that they had already been billed for, and insurance took care of.CROOKS, very unprofessional employees, this problem is still unresolved!It's been 3 months!!! Legal action is just around the corner.

Decent enough as far as apartments go.
