Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Few weeks ago I had a bad interaction with the attendance, a male in early 60s or late 50s, he is so rude and not helpful. I wanted to buy a 5 car washs card and lotto max 3 line for 5 draws, but I said 5 times instead 5 draws. I usually say 5 times at other place and they understand. Nobody wants to buy same number in one draw. When I realized he printed my ticket 5 times , I said sorry I mean for 5 draws". The attendance instead of fixing the mistakes which would take not more than 30 seconds

Convenient location on the Dundas & Dixie. I always go there for a soft cloth wash, coz it's not that busy and you don't have to wait in lines.

Fantastic location with great diesel & gasoline prices. Staff are friendly & polite meanwhile the washrooms are clean and easily accessible. Certainly our new go-to Petro-Canada location in Mississauga. Keep up the great work guys!

I get both my truck and my car serviced there. I've been a customer for over 40 years.

I highly recommended don’t buy anything from them. They charge high upfront at least 2 to 3 dollars upfront. I just bought this thing from another gas station which was $4.96 and they were charging seven dollar plus tax which means a three dollar upfront. Wow!!!

It’s about 1:38 AM, July 3rd of 2023. I have always gone to this location to pump my weekly gas and my carwash. I have a season pass and it’s a family member sharing. Their app has not been working since the last 2 weeks. I have a weekly schedule. The previoud guy gave me a pass last week. However, whoever is in charge at this time and date at this location does not have customer service at all. He told me to call the Customer Service line. I did that for the past few days and their hotline is not even working. He told me that my pass will be extended for compensation. I don’t need my season pass to be extended! My car is dirty for 1 week of no wash and it can’t wait. How come the previous guy gave me a pass but this time, this guy is unable to do so? Such a terrible service! If only I can give a 0 rating!

don't recommend this place for a car wash. After you finish your car, you still need to wipped off. such a hassle

I usually go to the petro canada at dixie and dundas to do my lottery,but the last time I went, the lottery machine cut off my ticket and I couldn't replay my lotto max

I was waiting in line to make a purchase, there was an elderly gentleman that needed assistance with how much gas to put into his car. The woman at the counter wearing black rimmed glasses was rude to him and I could tell she was getting annoyed the man didn't know how many litres his car took to fill. Eventually she asked him how much money the car took to fill.The gentleman did know the answer to that question. After the customer left to fill gas in his car she turns to one of her co workers and proceeds to insult the mans intellegince for not knowing how many litres it took to fill his car. She may have thought no one heard her but I did, and there were other people in line with me. Disgusting customer service. Go elswhere if you need assistance, I won't be going back to a place that would insult me after spending my hard earned cash.
