Products are very good but staff is very rude spacial new girl sherin she force me buy new product I am always use this company products I want my cream but she is not listen me she only recommended for new product ,only two girls Azim and harman are so polite and both give a good sevice

The place i buy all my beauty products from for over 20 years.. All plant base, natural ingredients. The bonus is they're all reasonable prices. The manager Irène has such a beautiful soul.. Great customer service from her and the staff.

Worst customer services experience ever. Pre-order products and missed place my receipts asked the store rep to help me locate my receipt since I had time and date of purchase and proof of payment on my bank statement. The rep who is an older lady told me she is unable to assists . When I spoke with her some more she told me to come back on someone else's shift. I still haven't received my products. Worst experience ever.

I think the manager is getting frustrated because my skin changed after having a child and their products aren't working anymore for my excessive dry skin. Their Hydra vegetal line was pretty good, but got reformulated over the last year. Not so good anymore. After doing a couple returns she seems impatient.

Yves Rocher boutique is currently having a sale buy one get one FREE! There is a skin technology scanner that is used to analyze your skin and categorize into several different skin issues and skin types. I was able to get an entire line of skincare products based on her pollution on my face.Thank you to the women there who helped me, it was a wonderful experience. I also got a couple gifts and joined their loyalty program.

I had great experience at this store. Harman is very informative and helpful. I recommend to buy from this store. They have great deals.

Very happy with the Age Global eye cream (so effective!), day cream and night cream. I so love the Pure Camomile Milk Cleanser and Toner. Still waiting to see if I love the Camomile Soothing Mask after a few more times. The Mango Body Lotion is lovely and so is the creamy body scrub, lavender and mint shower gel and the white musk shower gel. all of these products gave TRANSFORMED my dry, sensitive, reactionary skin into soft, supple, smooth and COMFORTABLE skin! Thank you! ❤ My staff at the store that I manage within the same mall and the staff at our sister store located right across from your location, all love your products!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was so happy to start using Yves Rocher again. I hadn't worn makeup for 30 yrs and needed to buy all new. They have amazing products that r all organic and have NO SULFUR or parabens. I have allergies to chemicals and had no reactions to any of their products.I highly recommend Yves Rocher, their products are affordable and amazing!
