I've ordered my clothes from urban-planet, and the delivery guy throwed my package at the entrance of my building, he didn't even brought it upstairs to my apartment. These guys need to improve their service, and hire some good people.

My package has been labelled as delivered for over 2 weeks, without actually being delivered. There is no phone number so you can't actually problem solve anything! What us the point of tracking a parcel when the information posted is false?Obvious why there is no phone number... perhaps, too many any complain ts to handle!

The individual who helped me at the counter was polite and respectful. No issues when sending packages.Most reviews left here are related to residential delivery. So unrelated to the actual operation of this location.

Why even have this location if I cant pick up my parcel here during business hours? Why leave a tag to pick up my item a day late.. Pick up at a pharmacy thats .3 km away?This is a small town I should be able to scoop my package up at MY convenience not yours. Not everyone is ordering Christmas packages. Service should not be this bad year after year.

I'm not getting mail because my landlord is cheap and won't fix the mailbox.. and they are really rude with me I don't understand why not...most mailboxes you just open and puttin in the mail the lady at the office said " it's not my problem I'm just the "retailer"'" her words no lie so Im being punished for my landlords cheapness... I've never met such rude people who like to play games... We're I can I get my mail then someone please help me I'm really frustrated.."

I was sending a package to another country. The man that initially helped at the counter was friendly. However, a woman came out and spoke to me in a very rude, demeaning way.

Residential is great. our lady that door delivers is amazing. however as a business owner, shipping often. they are out to lunch. they do not know how to operate the system, complain when I bring more then 2 packages at a time without calling!! make up random new rules then threaten me when asked to provide info on this new rule" as it does affect my business. lie out right. its to the point if I go in

Ive lived in Trenton, for two years. And have had nothing but issues, with making sure MY MAIL gets to me. Ive had 100s of posts, be returned as wrong address, but the address is correct.

Packages are always misplaced late and damaged. All my packages come from within a 3 hr. radious. (In heavy traffic) still for some reason the packages keep being misplaced late or damaged. You give the customer opportunity to see where it's being scanned and you still can't have your shippers and receivers do there job correctly. I'm puzzled with this so called Canada Post. The guarantee you give to customers on packages like mine is 24hrs. Yet I wait 3 to 4 days. The one I am currently waiting for was ordered on Tuesday night from Vaughn ON and is only going to Quinte West Ontario.......and I'm still waiting for it to be scanned out of Belleville. ( witch by the way is past the Quinte West processing plant.) I don't get it and if there was another way other than Puralotor I would switch.The service is horrible.
