We were here for my son's road test. He was a ball of nerves!! The examiner was very calm, kind, and patient. He took the time to explain what was done wrong and how to improve it!!In the end my son passed his road test!!I would recommend Hi-Way Registries 100%

I was a little apprehensive to go to Hi-Way Registries because of some of the negative reviews I read. I was proven wrong, 100%. The ladies I had the pleasure of dealing with were absolutely amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful! I found out I had a bunch of fines that needed to be paid off, and there was no judgment whatsoever. I highly recommend Hi-Way Regisitries!

Will not go back again! Both my fiance and I work later and we arrived just under 10 minutes before closing. We were greeted with a Marriage license? Oh we don't have time for that 5 min before closing!" In the most rude and sarcastic tone ever!"

I’ve heard a lot of bad things from people in town, but so far that hasn’t been my experience. They have been nice, striking up conversations of small talk making you feel like a human being when you go there. Maybe there’s two sides to every story.

Had a very good day. Needed to renew license went here for help and the old lady with glasses was very ride and asking questions that had nothing to do with why I was there. And talking down on me. Someone seriously needs to get this lady fired or slapped out for the way she treats people is unexceptable

Avoid this place! They’ll try to steal your money.This is apparently a family owned business. The owner, Sheryl, was rude, rolled her eyes, talked down to me and made racist remarks at me. They don’t have a good understanding of their role, they’re ignorant and wouldn’t allow me to take a drive test based on their misinterpretation of the policy. They refused to give me a refund (technically they stole that money) and Sheryl wouldn’t provide her last name to file a formal complaint.The woman is rude, racist, probably depressed and miserable. Do not go there.

I feel the need to review my experience here. I was borderline nervous coming here after reading the back to back negative reviews. However, I had a positive experience as far as registries go. The lady who helped me was pleasant and explained things when I didn't understand. I was in and out in about 10mins getting a registration renewal and return.
