The customer service was the worst I told him the car wash didn't even wash my car after spending 15 bucks almost and the first guy said so what and laughed and walked away. The second man gave me another car wash and it was still garbage might as well of.not eben washed my car its garage and my car was not even that dirty I

Avoid at all cost! The supervisor Harjot is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. Got my car wash done and it wasn’t clean so I asked for re-wash to which he declined and told me to call shell and complain. He didn’t care. I wish we could give zero stars

Gagan (hopefully is the right spelling), you act horible with Shell customers! Rude, rise voice and ready to fight with me because I didn't see a sign. Shame!B Singh didn't want to offer a free car wash, after explained and showed car was not dry at all. He said I need to go the the station who sold the car wash card....Explained him my vehicle is black color and will be white stains everywhere. No cooperation at all.This is the second bad experience here.

Don’t get your car washed here! Went to wash my car and it was not extremely dirty. The car wash completely missed my right side view mirror and a couple little other pots. I told the supervisor Harjot and wanted a rewash which he refused, was being rude and said he hasn’t heard any other complaints from other customers about the car wash so it’s my cars fault?… Completely unprofessional and will not be going back here. I always get my car washed at shell locations and never experienced my car being the problem as to why the car wash couldn’t fully clean my car. First and last time I will get my car washed at this location.

Bought a car wash card at $10 PER wash. Our van came out 50% cleaner. Still left dirt, birdy poo, etc. behind. Went back to let them know & the car wash was broken down. Ya think that was coincidental?? They did give us another wash so we were happy about that. The only downer was not getting our van clean on the day we needed it CLEAN!!

Refused to allow me to enter the store at 9pm. Refused to tell me what water they had and what the prices were. Was rude and completely unempathetic. Accused me of wanting to rob the store. I was there with my 12 year old son. I will add this was in June and the sun was shining brightly in the sky still.This guy should not be in customer service.Also was a sign on the door saying they only locked it when the max physical distancing capacity was reached. Obviously not true.Wonder if the owner knows how much business they turn away like this...

Terrible customer service. The Customer Service Representatives were rude and not helpful at all. They told me that Shell has no longer take Shell Gift Cards and all the Gift Cards that i purchased are pretty much have no value and i have to call Shell to ask for refund. One of the Representatives told me that he would do it for me just for that time and were so rude about it as if i was getting something free from him.I went to different Shell location few days after and was told that that information was completely false. I will never ever come back to this location.
