Rockway Vineyards

Went for lunch and boy was I impressed. They had a Philly cheese steak special and it was fantastic! Amazing view too. Went for a wine tasting as well and wow the wine is great too! Rockway is our new go to place!

An Oasis with excellent service, top quality food and views that help you escape to a place of peace and tranquility. The wine is excellent. My only worry is the secret will get out and we won’t be able to get a seat. And oh ya, they have a golf course too. I may just have to take up the sport so I can enjoy this place even more. See you there this Sunday!

That was the only open winery with a working kitchen I and my 3 girlfriends were able to find after long hike at Bruce trail on Sunday, and we had a lovely time! golfers were focused on the golf course, we enjoyed wine tasting!

Came for a wine tasting and a following meal. Food was very good. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. The atmosphere and view was nice and scenic. Wine was good here and I would recommend this place. Slight wait on service at certain points.

Just done Father's day dinner with my family there. Not recommended. Waited food for one hour and food are not that good. My daughter ordered chicken sandwich, chicken was totally burned. She could not eat it. Server just said sorry, nothing was make-up for burned chicken. Pretty disappointed. We spent almost 200 dollars there. Not worth it.

Terrible service!!! Recently we decided to have lunch and try Rockway Vineyards Patio as it was a nice day and we thought to enjoy a meal on the patio. What a mistake!! We arrived and entered the foyer and were greeted by the hostess. She promptly directed us to the patio and told us to sit wherever we liked and we would be attended to shortly. We chose a nice seat toward the middle of the patio with an expansive view of the golf course. I would estimate that there were probably half a dozen tables full with 2 servers tending to the guests. We sat down and waited for about 10 minutes and saw the servers serving other guests and not even coming over to greet us to at least acknowledge our presence. After another 5 minutes passed we decided to give the servers 5 more minutes to be greeted or acknowledged and then we would leave. Wow, a whole 20 minutes went by with no greeting from a server, hello, or offering a glass of water or menu. How disgraceful and unprofessional is that? The 2 servers did not appear overly busy or stressed, just inattentive to a couple of new guests who thought to try this establishment for the first time. I must say I am extremely disappointed and wonder how this business stays in business. I must add, we did find another establishment close by and were treated promptly and professionally enjoying a great meal. Too bad it was not at Rockway Vineyards.

Came for Mother’s Day brunch. Price was not cheap. Scenic location however food and service was poor.Food tasted stale. Took forever to clean dishes and fill water glasses. At the price point you expect at the minimum basic service level; someone to take your drinks and fill your water glasses.The food. Please try harder. Breads were stale, potatoes were black and overcooked.Bacon which is hard to mess up was charred. At the price point $50 a person .. you would expect better food quality. Very disappointed.

Great location. Came here during Icewine Festival in January, and we got a Vietnamese sandwich with great ice wine. Probably the best overall experience of the 6 winery.

Attended a cigar appreciation event and had dinner beforehand. Delicious food and very friendly service in the restaurant.
