If I could give negative stars, I would.Automotive Service is terrible. Numerous times when I called to make an appointment I was put on hold and the automotive service rep. Sometimes I would be on hold for over 10 minutes. Other times they just hung up on me.When I went into the automotive service center, once I was fourth inline and it took 25 minutes before I was at the service counter to pick up my vehicle. One other time the only automotive service rep on duty, left me at the counter and walked off to assist another customer. He disappeared for over 20 minutes, right in the middle of dealing with me. I have been coming to this Canadian Tire for over 25 years.....No more. Canadian Tire has lost my business permanently.

Excellent service from the 2 young ladies at the automotive service department. Very helpful, quick and efficient. A huge thank you to the mechanic Chris, who took our car in within seconds, examined it and had an answer for us within less than a half hour. He knew from the start he didn't have the tools to service our car but he still took it in to examine it and tell us what he could. Very personable and extremely helpful. Thank you very much Chris for such a wonderful experience.

Heaven for the automobilers and lots of schemes are available daily. Clearance sale is also and promotional offers provide by dealer on weekly basis. All staffs are very co-operative and suggest always required stuffs.

Made an appointment for Corrosion Free rustproofing online. Store called and confirmed the package I wanted installed at 5pm. Got a text saying to show up 15 mins early. Dropped car off and was told almost an hour later that nobody is there after 5pm to do the rustproofing and to come back another day.why they booked me and then didn't tell me when I dropped off is beyond me. I had a similar experience at another Canadian Tire years ago when I tried to get Corrosion Free done. Poor service.

Parts ans automotive was super helpful. My car died literally on the offramp to this location. The front desk girls said they are fully booked for this morning, but would definitely squeeze me in for the afternoon. My car is ready for pick up before 2 PM. Price was good as I called other places, super happy will definitely recommend and come again, thank you to the Canadian tire team at Whitby south store

Must say that the new renovations they've done for the grand re-opening is very nice. Store has a lot of deals on at the moment. Staff are friendly and nice. Big thanks to Teri in seasonal for helping me out.

Are Integrity, honesty and respect really core values at Canadian Tire?I had a loss of more than $380 dollars because I trusted their information and almost lost a contract that can last for 2years or more.I had a problem with my car, during the morning on my way to work, on jun 13th, then I decided to cancel my work and took the car to be fixed, I dropped it, around 9:40am, to replace a part, then I've been told that my car would be ready around 5:30pm, ON THE SAME DAY, I even told that I wouldn't mind if takes longer but I needed to be sure, that would be ready before they closed, because I would need it for work in the next day, the front desk guy, went inside to talk to someone and came back and CONFIRMED that I would have the car at the SAME DAY, so I confirmed my appointment, for a work at the next day, the same I had cancel in the morning, then after 4pm I got a call letting me knowing that they wouldn't be able to get my car ready, that it would take another day... now imagine my frustration, because my whole next day was based on the information, that clearly WASN'T HONEST and they showed NO RESPECT with what THEY PROMISED me!!!!...in the other hand to keep MY PROMISES with my client ...because Canadian tire last minute call, I had just 30min to find and rent another vehicle, that costed me $380.I complained with the manager and he told me that the ONLY thing he could say is sorry...now imagine!!!...I'm a single person and self employed and I spent extra $380 to not have to say sorry to my client and a big company like canadian tire after cause a customer a $380 dollars loss, the ONLY thing they can say is sorry!!?

Massa is a wonderful person glad to have met her yesterday while shopping for baby and toddler stuff. She is very helpful and willing to help and make sure you are happy and trying to make sure you got what you came in the store to buy. She is very dedicated in keeping her customers happy.

I bought seven totes yesterday. The cashier couldn't have been less helpful. I tried to lift the totes so she could scan them. The edge of the tote sliced my finger under my thumbnail and it started to bleed immediately. I dropped the tote back into the cart. The cashier said ,I have to scan it!". I told her that I cut my thumb while I was doing her job. Her response was to stare blankly at me.This woman is the best advertising for self-checkout I have ever seen."

I've been shopping at this particular location from a long time and never had any complaints. Today, the lady at Garden Centre ( her name is Tanya) was extremely rude and impolite to us. She not only refused to help but asked her subordinates (2 very helpful interns) to go back to the store and not help us. It was such a horrible experience and this lady showed us no respect.I would avoid going to this particular location just because of this one employee.I would give a zero star if I could. It's such a shame when one person ruins the perception of the store when everyone else is trying to provide good customer service. I genuinely feel bad for those 2 interns who reports to an awful manager- a bad learning experience for them.
