This review is specifically for the Automotive Service Center. I have dealt with Marty and his team a few times over the last few years. They always take great care of me and my vechiles!!!! I buy my tires from CT cause they have the best true nationwide warranty service!!! But I do so in Cornwall for the service they are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly!!! And yes being a licensed Technician this is my professional opinion!!!!Keep up the great work guys!!!!

It is normally 5 stars but I had a very very poor interaction with one of the employees who was just plain rude and I did speak to one of the managers about it. Otherwise, very friend staff, well stocked and very clean.

Drove 23km one way to pick up a couple specific items need for our camping trip. I checked the website and my app and both said they were in stock when I got to the store neither item was to be found. Staff couldn't find them either.

They have many long standing employees who are pretty grumpy and do not even care if they speak poorly about other employees and managers in front of customers. They are often out of flyer specials and you will have to go to the Morrisburg locaton to get the items. I plan to use the rest of my Canadian Tire money and retire as a customer of theirs. Hosting a hate rally in their parking lot against our democratically elected government is insane.

This one’s direct for management. I came in with my wife and 14 month old , was followed around the store by a guy in a plaid shirt , from the garden centre to tools . Bought $200 worth of merchandise and got stopped by your employees outside the store looking at my cart and asked if I stole wrenches out of packages I never seen or touched . Thanks for the harassment ! I didn’t have a bag, stroller , nothing and my items were bag less in the cart. Thank you for the great shopping experience and poorly educated theft staff.

I just want to say, I was at Canadian Tire about a month or so ago. I saw this employee, elderly, laugh at this man stuttering. I couldn't believe my eyes. He called her out, then call the manager who listened but did nothing. This behaviour is unacceptable from anyone let alone from Canadian Tire. I was appalled at such disrespect this employee had for this customer. Leona as her name tag called her, needs to apologize.

Always great pricing (don't ever buy something full price because it will go on sale), return policies are great when you do have issues. 1 star was deducted for the staff always seems to not know anything about the products. You have to be prepared to do all your own research and then go get what you decide because the staff will not be able to tell you one thing about the BBQs, where a speciality socket is, or what the difference is between the two products that have a big difference in price.

If 0 stars was an option for the parts counter that would be the case.Called to hold a part so I could pick it up and it seemed like a big bother. Went and picked up the part and asked them to look up 2 more. How dare I. Gave me part numbers and told me to look for them on the shelves myself. Looked up the numbers on my phone to get the correct parts as they took a wild guess. I've never given a bad review but those 2 guys deserve it. No one at the counter when I arrived yet I was bothering them.Completely useless.

This has got to be one of the cleanest and most organized Canadian Tires that I've ever seen!Service is quick too!Please get rid of the maze to get to the cashiers (this is at all of them though)

the 8 am shift cashier girl was so kind i had a question about battery's and she was able to provided my answer on the side note about the store i fully recommend this place for anyone needing any outdoors equipment
