Sean was awesome. He is very obviously a true expert in foundation repair. We had a difficult issue: cracked and sagging house corner, cracked garage floor and foundation with bowing walls. We had 2 structural and 1 geotechnical engineers prepare reports. We then shopped around for foundation contractors, Sean was the only one whose estimate matched the engineers' assessments. His price was also lower than the other contractors I had quotes for. His work was organized and clean. I've honestly never been happier with a contractor. Highly recommended.

Aug 30 gave us an estimateSept 3 said he'd put us in the scheduleSept 19 said he'd be here within the next couple of weeksOct 13 assured us he would have the work done for the winterNov 3 tells us he'll let us know over the weekend when he'll be here to start the workNov 13 never got back to us so we messaged him and he's completely ignored my last few messages.Ghosted by a foundation guy. Imagine! Now we get to deal with water in our basement after having trusted his word.

Sean gave me a quote for a total foundation repair around my dads house, IN DEEP RIVER, 2 hours away. Weeping tile, trench and sump pumps, the whole 9 yards. He knew exactly what needed to be done on this difficult property. I had 2 other quotes done with local contractors...never mind that, heavily overpriced comapared to Sean. When I get this done for my dad, I will be calling him...for sure. Highly recommend his company.

Sean is a reliable thorough expert on foundation repair. Job was done with minimal interruption to us, completed quickly and cleaned up well after. Very reasonable price. Previous quote from another contractor was much much higher. Thanks Sean!

We hired Sean to fix our cracked garage foundation and parge the front of our house. Pricing was fair, and the work that was completed was thorough. It was a little difficult to coordinate having the job completed, but overall, we're happy with the work.

My daughter was strung along by Sean for months - he promised to do the work and provided her with a quote and continuously assured her he'd be there 'within a few weeks' and then just altogether never showed up and now they're too late to have the work done. Instead of just being honest he completely led her on. Dishonest company 100%
