Terrible customer service.Don't come here if you need your job done. Because it won't get done!!They obviously don't know anything, so why are they running a business like this. They send us off, to return with more documents.Just went to another place and finished literally in 5min, maybe less!

I wanted to renew my insurance but was having hard time to manage time to book appointment physically due to my working hours. These guys went beyond their exceptional service to help me out.Firstly a lady named PUJA helped me sort out things virtually, she really has a great customer service secondly as I was about to sign papers after office hours due to traffic I was too late and senior citizen working there (Gabie) don’t remember his name, waited beyond office hours to sort things out.Their service from initial steps until the end of time was exceptional. I look forward if every auto insurance would have understood client needs and have similar customer services like this.GBG YOU ROCK!!!Thank you for such a great service

They provided excellent service and are direct. That is what I am looking for. If you want a place that gets your insurance done and do it in quickly and concisely, this is where you should come. Most of the ladies here speak Punjabi, and the owner can deliver your documents to you if you would like.

staff was really great and perfect with knowledge. they all were very polite and gave us a great customer service. their prices were very reasonable and our questions were answered perfectly and i am fully satisfied with their exceptional customer service.

Worst customer experience ever. Employee called the house 7-8 times. I answered the first couple times but gave up after that.She kept hounding me about the insurance and that it was going to expire at midnight. I explained to her that my father was not at home and so the owner knew him well enough to bring the insurance papers to him. However, she would disregard that and go back to why I wasn’t prepared to get it insured at that instant. She was so rude and unprofessional. Asked me questions about where my father worked, what line of work he was in, the address of his current contract, why I didn’t know which location he was working at, etc. I was astonished as to the questions that were asked that I refrained from answering any further calls. I also told her NOT to print off the insurances papers. Just wanted to know how much the insurance was for x amount of time.At this point my father was frustrated so he went to a new insurance place to find out that the employee at GBG Insurance had renewed our license without our consent. Not only was he annoyed at the fact that the insurance was renewed but the employee had the audacity to talk to him in a very rude demeanor.This has been the worst experience ever. We will never be getting insurance from a company that does not respect their clients time or personal boundaries.

Terrible customer experience. They were not very friendly, talking with each other only in other language while I was there, and not being patient to explain all the insurance policies. I didn't felt relaxed and the final price was higher than I thought.

Terrible customer service, why would anyone choose to buy their insurance from this place when they will get the same government regulated prices from people who respect you, and maintain their service and conversation in English. These three ladies need a lesson in customer service desperately.

My family has been getting their insurance done from Uncle Ji since they first came to Canada nearly 30 years ago. Uncle Ji is so genuine, kind and good at what he does. He even drives to you to get your insurance renewed every year. Highly recommend.

Showed up before 6pm.. doors still open and sign on. Agent says “we are about to close, next time don’t come this late”. Well needless to say we did not do business at this agent will not return with any of our insurance needs. Suggest finding a insurance agency that cares about customer service
