Great experience dealing with Armstrong, I dealt with Stew as my salesperson for answering any questions I had about the truck and Rob the sales manager doing the most he could to make my business with Armstrong something I’ll remember and come back to again. Than you to both Stew and Rob for the truck and the great experience throughout!

Had to get my windshield replaced and I decided to go through here and the service was amazing, it was done in 5 hours or so and they brought it back to my house for me so I didn’t have to find a ride to the dealership! A huge thank you to Tessa, Sierra and Kevin!

I used to have my Jeep vehicle serviced here until I sold it, and always had good experiences. The good vibes continued this week when I picked up my new family wagon. Seamless process. Salesperson Ian was easily the best part of the experience, from ordering to delivery. Ian is a gentleman and excellent at his job. Courteous, very personable and straight-forward, responsive, and knows his products and comparisons. He’s knowledgeable and found answers to new questions. Ian stayed in touch during the COVID supply chain issues. He’s an A+ ambassador for Huntsville Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler. Honourable mention to Will from Finance, who made the process easy also. Thanks everyone! We are looking forward to some family road travel this summer.

I want to thank Armstrong Dodge for the great service. With the snow coming this weekend we need our plow trucks a 2019 3500 Ram . Last minute you took us in and got it fixed. I bought a used 2022 Toyota at Armstrong Dodge and had an excellent experience! Extremely friendly, helpful and informative salesman (Ian). It was a very smooth and quick transaction. I travelled about 2.5 to 3 hours to pick up my vehicle and I would do it again! Thank you Armstrong Dodge and a big thank you to Ian for making this such a relaxed experience. I love my new vehicle! :)

I can't say enough good things about Armstrong Dodge! The staff (Brad, Stew and Dana) that we dealt with were helpful, proffesional, answered all our questions, obliged our requests for pictures/video as we purchased from a bit of a distance away. The process was painless. What got me was them going above and beyond to get us the vehicle we decided on. From pickup to drop off, they literally went out of their way to please us. When our vehicle was delivered with a minor issue with the paint, it was fixed without question or inconvenience to us. I have NEVER had customer service like this from a car dealership and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you again. By the way, we LOVE our new wheels!

We purchased our Wrangler here last year; we had a fantastic experience. I just went in to do a routine service call with the Wrangler when I saw the new Compass featured on the dealership floor. We were in the market for a new company car, and after a short demo, we decided to buy it. Ian was our Salesperson, and he was fantastic. They had a very busy week that week, but he was very patient and explained everything to us prior. He got us a fantastic deal too. He didn't make any promises; he just went to the Manager and returned with a deal we couldn't resist. The paperwork was also a breeze. Absolutely loved the experience. The entire team at Armstrong Huntsville deserves a 5-star. The car is fantastic too btw. Everything they said it would do, it does and more! Thanks, Armstrong Dodge and Ian for a great experience. We will definitely be back when its time to get a new car.

To whom it may concern,Writing this review due to the most diabolical experience I have ever had regarding a retailers services being provided to a consumer. My son called me in tears one day requiring my assistance, regarding his vehicle in the hands of the Dodge dealership in Huntsville. His van had broken down post the recall of his vehicle for excessive oil consumption. Manufactures recall for engine fault.The van was presented for a recall investigation. Oil change performed by dealership and required to return after 2,000 kmTo determine the outcome of a possible engine replacement due to manufacturers fault in the engines. The van was returned after 800km with no oil, on the back of a tow truck. Dealership took no responsibility and stated a new engine required. At my sons cost.I made contact with the dealership. The most deceitful, incompetent and unprofessional people I have ever encountered.My sons vehicle was towed into the Armstrong Dealership for an engine repair. Ended up being forced into the purchase of a new engine for his van with no explanation as to why, just that the engine was not able to be repaired. Costs of the repair managed to increase in the time they held the vehicle, by $2,000 from the original quote. They stated this was due to the parts of the engine that they damaged while removing the existing engine.We requested proof of work done. They refused ? Requested proof of new ( USED ) engine , they refused ? SHADY!!!!!!We had no option but to pay the dealership their money , $7,200 for a product we have no proof of Authenticity. For all we were aware , circumstances during the month in possession of the vehicle led us to believe they were waiting for engine parts for the existing engine. They would have held on to the van until he paid for services rendered. My son lost 5 weeks of work and his contract for work. This was all due to fact that the dealership was never honest from day one. Do not understand how companies are legally able to get away with this ? All morals and integrity has gone from our world today. Totally disgusted !!!!
