When it comes to a realtor, I was afraid to be pushed to make a hasty decision, and that she/he would stop responding once the deal was made. Well, that was what happened about the realtor for our first house. So when my husband decided to buy a condo in Toronto as our vacation home, I was reluctant and uncooperative. This time, he chose a realtor, then, Shameer came.He is a very professional realtor, being punctual, dressing up chic, and greeting graciously to all my family members including our teenagers. Yet, he is so atypical because he gives blunt and honest advice, takes time and efforts to satisfy our needs and visits us after the closing to make sure our life is well off with our new purchase.Due to pandemic, as well as the lack of our knowledge in local real estate market, it took us more than a year and twenty showings before we made up our mind. Shameer never got tired of our requests. He politely yet affirmatively provided valuable advice about investment, and stayed with us every step of our journey. His genuine care and responsiveness were well noticed all the way through.We not only highly recommend him but also will ask him to represent us for more purchases and sales in the future.

Shameer did an outstanding job guiding us to buying our first home. He has great knowledge of the downtown core in Toronto and he puts in the work behind the scene to look into each listing.
