Great service and staff. I would really give more than 5 stars if I could. It was my first experience in Charm and I wanted to buy earnings but wasn’t sure about the design and Mahsa, the sales associate helped me with her wonderful professional advices to make the best choice. She spent a lot of time on me and showed me all different types and designs and explained the great deals they had and I ended up buying a diamond necklace with a super deal for my sister’s birthday as well. She was very polite and friendly and helped me to try different earrings and necklaces and she was so patient with me on making decisions. I am so happy with my shopping and I really appreciate Mahsa for her great assistance with my shopping. I 100% recommend Charm to everyone.

Got an item fixed. They told me it would take 7-10 days, but took well over a month instead. I called and they told me my item was fixed and they “tried to get ahold of me” but I received 0 calls. when I arrived after a 3 hour drive to the store to pick up the item; it was in fact not done and the workers were rude and unhelpful. Now I have to make a second 3 hour trip to the store, hopefully it’s actually done this time. I would strongly recommend you go to another jewellery store, as this one was very unprofessional. UPDATE: when I went to pick up my item after they called to say it was done, it was STILL BROKEN. Never going back here or supporting these people again.

Great service! Went there to buy a ring for my sister and the sales associate was really helpful. Realized that I got the wrong size so went there to get it resized and it was ready before the promised date.
