Hair Company

I normally get my hair cut here but the last three walk in’s I tried they can not take me.? Today at 2 pm no openings. Said to try back Monday. I work at he hospitals and it is only the odd day that I finish early enough for a hair cut. Not sure why the service has gone down hill o much, perhaps you should hire more staff. I will not waist another trip!! And I will never come back to the Hair Company. Why do you have a sign saying walk in’s welcome . Very bad customer service !!

I see this company has a sign in the window that states Walk-ins Welcome. I have tried to get a hair cut at least three time in the last week and a half, and as of yet not been able to walk in and get one. I think the sign should be taken out of the window. Each time I have attempted to obtain a walk-in hair cut they have stated that there was an appointment later in the day or a day away, they were willing to book. If I wanted an appointment I would call and book one, but I usually just walk in when in the area to try to get one, Not very successful as of yet.

There's nothing to complain about the customer service, everyone was really nice including the lady cutting my hair. Where I ran into problems was when I got home. After she finished cutting my hair it looked good, styled a little weird but that doesn't matter. Keep in mind my glasses were off most the time like usual, so I couldn't see anything she did while cutting. At first glance I thought it was close to what I asked for with a photo I had. But when I got home and looked in the mirror I noticed that the hair above my right ear was shaved clean above my hairline, almost an inch more than the hair above my right, her hand must have slipped when timming around my ears. That's my main issue because now it looks a little embarrassing and I don't see a way fixing it other than waiting for my hair to grow. The rest of the hair cut was shorter than I originally wanted but that could have been because of possible miscommunication, my hair on top also turned out choppy and slightly uneven. Can't say a particularly recommend for men getting medium length haircuts, it is possible that my hair dresser was just not as experienced as the others.

What a pleasant surprise... I needed an appointment on short notice and they could fit me in so it was the usual trepidation of going to a new place for colour and a cut. Alayna was very pleasant, helpful, and easy to talk to, besides which she did an amazing job and I'm thrilled. I will absolutely be back!
