Low price, friendly people and great service

Please don’t take anything expensive to this dry cleaner, they ruined a $200 dress and since it wasn’t noticed and the receipt was lost, they wouldn’t do anything about it and now I am out $200 dollars and they don’t even care. I will never take another piece of clothing to them and if I could give them a zero rating I would. Don’t trust them at all

I purchased a new white dress shirt and washed it with the intent of wearing it for the first time. Unfortunately, it came out very wrinkled and I decided to take it to this dry cleaner before wearing it. There were no stains on it when I took it in. When I picked it up, it was stained in multiple places. The woman told me the stains were already there and refused to accept that it was THEM that caused the stains. According to her, “not my problem” is an acceptable response to a dissatisfied customer. I would not recommend anyone utilize this business. For someone who is in the service industry, your service is very poor.Dear business, if you read this, here are a couple items you can act on to improve your service:1) do not yell at customers who accuse you of damaging their garments2) do not belittle your customers3) do not minimize the cost your customers have paid for your service; they expect a decent job and a refund when you fail them, regardless of price4) ensure your customers leave happy

Usually great service, but last hem job was way off (too short) - which is super weird because I tried them on and was fitted

Fabri Care was able to hem two of my pants and repair the strap on my backpack for $17. Had I bought new it could have cost me $40 for a backpack (a poorer quality one then the one I have), then $20-30+ dollars for each pair of pants. I saved a lot of monay and that means a lot for a student living on a fixed budget. This place is great and I highly recommend anyone, students included, to consider going to Fabri Care for not just dry cleaning needs but for any clothes repair.

The owner is so kind and always does such excellent work. She recently fixed a flower girl dress for us and it was perfect.

Friends told me they could replace a zipper in my spring jacket. Made the mistake of paying upfront, got charged for a new zipper. When I uncovered it lo and behold they tore out old zipper to a point. Dangling on both sides. No work at all done on it and had to take it to another Alteration shop to fix it. If they are going to advertise they can do zippers, then DO IT!!! If not take the advertising off your windows. I will never go there again, even for dry cleaning.
