Great Canadian Oil Change

Personally, I had a really bad experience here. The guy who changed my oil was very rude and passive aggressive towards me as I had a broken taillight. I don’t know if it was his way being funny but it wasn’t funny to me at all. I always have amazing experiences at the east location and so coming here was a change but I will not be coming back to the north because of the guy I had to deal with.

I used the Rochdale location today for an oil change.There was a bit of a wait to get into a bay, but a nice young man came outside to the vehicle ahead of me and to my car to ask what we were needing done. He said that it should be soon for one of their bays to be available. I thought that was a great 1st impression for my customer service experience.Once inside the building the team of young men working on my car were friendly and polite, fast and efficient. Overall the entire experience was wonderful!

Quick tire swap once I was in, but only offering swaps in one of three bays pre blizzard while two of your bays sit empty is a poor business decision.

Waited almost an hour in line ... Then another in hour for oil change and tire rotation as was planning on leaving early the next day for the weekend. Not to mention that a semi truck that backed into front of the place - I'm assuming to refill something- he stood at the door way staring - without blinking- at me and my 9 yr old daughter for an extremely long uncomfortable time. Then to top it off I get a phone call from Great Canadian Oil on my way home and to my evening programming that they forgot to put back the plastic skid protector underneath my car and to come back.I am now again the next day waiting in another line to have my piece put on...when I am suppose to be driving out of town on a 4 hour drive! .....no cabin filters, forgot to reset oil life...I will not be coming back again.

Best place to get a fast and quick oil change with the best customer service possible. Told the lads I was going on a road trip and they checked over everything. Couldn't be happier with their service. Weren't too pushy on other recommended services. Manager and technician were fantastic. Will be back

These guys deserve more than just 5 stars! They were real nice...knew what they were talking about and were able to dumb it down for me! Lol. I will recommend this location specifically to anyone and everyone! I'll most definitely be back!

Kyle and his team at GCOC did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable and kind while completing work on my vehicle. They worked quickly and efficiently and ensured great service throughout my entire experience. Will definitely be going back for any issues I have with my vehicle!
