The whole Canada post system needs to be shut down not this location specifically pay $15 for express shipping for it to come a day late two packages in a row like how does the even happen the worst part is I had a package get in Ottawa on Friday supposed to be delivered on Monday not to mention this is express and Monday it doesn’t even come would have been faster to pick it up myself from the sender in Toronto man what a joke

They loose 80% of my packages, lady hung up on me when I asked why that was, everyone seems extremely crusty there and no help at all.

They don't ever knock for signed packages they'd rather drop off a notice than do their job knocking and getting signatures.

Of the 3 times I've travelled there, doors are looked during business hours. No one answers the phone. When there is someone there, 40 min wait times & 1 person working.

My wife waited for ten minutes for someone to come the service counter. After waiting she went back and rang bell by the door a second time before someone finally came to the counter. How do employees get away with this attitude???

They refuse to answer the phones anytime of the day, the message for their voice mail is very unprofessional. This location is dead 99% of the day so why can they not answer the phone? Also very rude in person like I am inconveniencing in some way! Believe me if I didn't have to use this location I wouldn't!!! Real winners over there.

Don’t answer phones, have tried numerous times throughout the day with no luck.I had dropped a parcel off there two weeks ago, and the tracking is showing that it still there, has not moved.Very unprofessional
