Very bad experience. Seems like the guy working here was in rush when I was the only one in the line. He just packed up and roll the footlong when I was about to say salt and pepper. I usually gets subway once in a week from different location, I can say he didn’t give us proper portion of sauces. I don’t want to disclose the name of that guy.

The girl working at evening time .. didn’t great us and ignored me . We was trying to communicate but she doesn’t want to serve us .. even after i tried to ask us she said we need to wait around 10 mints as she is busy at preparing online order .. Really worst location i visited ever .. Unprofessional staff ..

If you go there around 12-3pm, girl working there rarely put veggies, also give you faces like you asked something very big. Ordered salad asked to chop it, denied and also asked for more sauce, act like she did not listen. Very bad experience. I work close there and this is happen everytime i go there.

Ordered a sub. While I was waiting for it to toasted I noticed fruit flies in pretty much all of the toppings. I pointed it out to the worker, he just laughed and said Yeah". Told him I wasn't taking the sandwich and walked out. Man subway used to be soooo good

Since about 6 months ago, I've commuted downtown everyday. I always buy breakfast when I get to Waterfront station, and I've tried so many places locally, but the Subway in the Waterfront Station takes the cake. The two girls who work there every morning are always so delightful despite how dreadfully early it is, and always greet me with a smile.Ever since visiting this Subway, I have stopped going anywhere else - and I now go there 5 days a week. Subway was never really my favorite until eating at this location, and now I can't imagine a morning without it. The girls have memorized my order, and always have such a positive attitude in the mornings that it sets me up for great day, every day.I can say with confidence that this is hands down the best Subway I've ever eaten at. Every sandwich is made perfectly, I don't even need to tell them my order as they have it memorized, and I have never had a bad experience here. They even tell me about coupons and promotions to help me save money.I have never written a Google review before, but I really felt like this one was deserved. Thanks so much ladies, and thank you Subway! :)

Asked for extra spinach,olives and pickles probably 3 times before I gave up. I've never had a sandwich with 3 leaves of spinach on it but I guess theres a first time for everything

The guy making my order was an indian guy with a blue turban. It felt like he was not interested in making my order and as a customer i felt very insulted.

The poor guy was the only one working with line up customers on a Thursday night at 8…. So short of management that customers have to line up and the worker would be in a rush

I was there about 8pm tonight. One guy working. He was diligent, polite, and hardworking. He moved quickly always concious of upcoming customers in line. I was super relieved and impressed that as soon as he dealt with the cash from the person ahead of me he changed his gloves before starting on my order. This is very important for any food establishment during these times—that customer feels safe to come back. Thank you.

The guy working in evening work alone and made nice sandwich. Today i went near 12 pm. Two girls were working, one of them made my sandwich, i asked to add veg in sandwich she was adding 2 onions and 3 pieces of green pepper. Please sell empty breads, save vegetables as much as you can. Weired
