Tidy House

Booking online and checking your appointment online is a very useful feature, it is was brought me to them! But the quality of the cleans will be what keeps me with them long term, they are the BEST cleaners I have ever used! Such a quality clean, and done quickly! Big fan!

Hired this company to do a deep clean in a tiny suite in a seniors facility. Very poor job! Two people were sent to work for two hours in a very tiny suite (500 sqft). Walls, two windows/blinds and 4 light fixtures were specifically requested to be done, a well as other expected areas in a deep clean. The dust on the light fixtures was never touched. They couldn’t even bother to pull a small love seat away from the wall to clean the dust off wall behind the love seat. I didn’t get to check the job until 3 weeks after the job as I live 6 hours away. When I called to give feedback on the job, all I heard was ridiculous excuses. If two people can’t clean this tiny space in 2 hours, there is a serious problem with work ethic and competence. I have a feeling that the job was such poor quality as they knew my mother who is in a wheel chair and not fully aware would not be able to check the job quality. I fully believe they took advantage of a senior citizen. On top of this, they were over 2 hours late, but that’s honestly the least of the concerns. I would NOT Recommend company to clean your dog house!

I’ve used Tidy House before and they did an excellent job. I booked them for a move-out cleaning today at 2pm and they still haven’t shown up as of 4pm. I’ve tried calling and emailing several times and no answer. Leaving this review to hopefully get an answer. I’m very disappointed and not sure what is going on today that I can’t get a reply.

New team did a wonderful job with very little instruction. Love how easy it is to book service and that I can book hrs.

The worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I feel totally scammed. I paid for a deep clean. They were over 3 hours late and were here for less than an hour. The trash can wasn’t even moved to wash the floor underneath it. Parts of the floor were not washed, some of the countertops were not cleaned. The furniture wasn’t put back in place. Microwave was not wiped down.I’m completely disappointed. Worst cleaning job I’ve ever experienced.

Cleaners showed up ready to get the job done, great results and the staff worked thoroughly to clean the mess that was in front of them. They left the place sparkling and we really appreciate the ladies that got the job done for Tidy House Cleaning.

Tidy House provided a move out clean for my mother’s home that she had lived in for 34 years. 3 team members worked very hard washing walls, cupboards, baseboards, windows and appliances and completed the job in 6 hrs. They brought in additional helpers to fulfill their obligation and we were very happy with the results. I recommend Tidy House to anyone looking for hard-working, honest and reliable cleaners.
