Friendly, flexible and honest service. Rented a cargo van, they offered flexibility in the exact return time, tank was absolutely full upon pick-up. Good communication and bill conformed exactly to booking agreement.

Went to rent a compact car. When I got there they gave me a big suv and told me it was an upgrade. It was not full of gas when I left and I he guy told me the SUV was not sanitized. I was kind of stuck because my ride left and I had to take it. I wanted a compact because I was just driving around locally. I did less than 109 km. And it cost me over $50 in gas.

Société implanté en bord de route, facile d'accès et avec de la place pour se garer facilement. Nous avons loué un véhicule afin de nous rendre aux chutes de Niagara. Accueil sympathique et conseils avisés.Nous avons voulu changé de véhicule, et ce pour une SUV au lieu d'une berline pour nous rendre à New York, ce qui a été fait rapidement et sans aucune complication.Le rapport qualité prix me semble très correct;

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
No cars. And poor guy who works there needed to take the cars, to wash them and to give to clients, all by himself, he was alone. Very shocking for a company as big as enterprise to exploat someone like this, and to let clients waiting long time because no staff there.
