I took my mom here after having to return her hearing aids from another place (she couldn’t hear any better with them). Our doctor referred her to Brampton Audiology and it was a great experience right from the start. She is hearing well now and the family is so grateful.

My appointment at Brampton audiology was five star from start to finish. When I walked in I was greeted warmly by the team and the waiting area was very clean and tidy. My appointment was on time; how refreshing for a doctor's office! The doctor was very thorough and explained what he was doing and why; it was evident he is very knowledgeable in his field. The appointment was not rushed and he really listened to my symptoms. The follow-up service was wonderful as well.

I went in for a consultation and to see about hearing aids. Dr. Grant was just amazing! He took his time to explain what was wrong, my options, and treatment. Judy, the clinic assistant was so patient and kind. I am just so glad that I found this clinic! I have been treating my situation all wrong. Which was basically being told, “there’s nothing more that we can do…”. Dr. Grant and his team were honest and empathetic. I truly appreciate the time and effort they took to listen to me and to offer me some hope. Thank you!

My wife had an appointment for hearing test.We got instructions from office to arrive on exact time of appointment.On arrival we received by a team of well mannered, professional staff, that's really a good experience.Then we met Dr. Roberto G. He listened all the details, asked questions, performed tests and described the results to us in a very professional manner.Absolutely without any doubt, doctor Roberto is a very professional person.

Agree with all the other Five Star ratings! Dr. Guadagno is articulate, transparent, and answered all my questions with genuine care while providing medical details that was interesting and understandable. Medical equipment impressive as well. So very fortunate that I was referred to this clinic! Staff is also extremely pleasant and polite.

I have been coming here since 2000...Dr. Ronnie Grant, Ms Jody, Ms Sherrie & Ms Jennifer are all courteous and thoroughly professional people. Prices are reasonable and no hidden surprises.For almost 20 years Dr.Grant has put up with me and my problems is just amazing!!!!! He is very paitent and makes sure you leave a happy person.

If i can i would give 100 ⭐️ stars to the Doctor.He is so wonderful and kind.I was in pain due to ear infection and wax for 2 weeks and no any other doctor was able to help me out but Brampton Audiology was the one who gave me appointment and treated my ears. Doctor did full examination of my ears and he always gave right advice to his patients.So thankful to the Doctor.

Excellent Audiologist and Staff... Old sayings like Patience is the mother of virtue, Slow & Steady wins the race etc. all play a part here for me, as now I have only one ear working it is a tough job for the Audiologist to satisfy my never ending problems or maybe I should say Adjustments" especially

I took my father to Brampton Audiology and it was a great experience. Dr. Ronnie was very professional and knowledgeable and he went out of his way in getting my father new hearing aids. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

This is an amazing clinic. Very friendly reception and talented audiologists. Dr Ronnie Grant really helped me through this difficult time of loosing my hearing at a young age. He explained every thing in a way I could understand. He listened to what I had to say and really made the adjustments to my hearing aid that I needed. Jody and Sheri made making appointments a breeze as well as setting me up with the government assistance and insurance that was needed. I am very happy with my hearing aid and how the entire process went.
